X-Plus as expected came to Summer Wonder Festival with some surprises that certainly won't disappoint. First up is Kong from Kong: Skull Island, it looks to be a 30cm Series, one pose/prototype is shown no word if there may be a second pose/extras. Next is the Gigantic Godzilla 1964. Also shown is the Gigantic Shin Godzilla in red vinyl (it seems) in both regular and roaring poses. Shown as well is a GMK setup that includes Mothra and Baragon (LMS) which we believe will be sold together as part of the Favorite Sculptors Line and should be released Nov 2017. Space Godzilla and Little Godzilla (LMS) are shown unpainted with release scheduled Oct 2017. Lastly Shin Godzilla 3rd Form both the regular version and the DefoReal version are shown painted, they look to be released Oct/Nov 2017. Those with release dates should be up for pre-order in the near future. More info as we get it.
Update: Another shot revealed Godzilla '89 with a mini rose Biollante. We also notice what looks to be a DefoReal Godzilla Train Bitter '54.

Yuji Sakai reveal the Godzilla 1984 Shinjuku Deputy Tokyo Metropolitan Battle Kit to be sold at Summer Wonder Festival. This is an unassembled unpainted kit standing approx 30cm tall, limited to 60 pieces. It will retail for 40,000 yen (43,200 with tax) and will ship in Nov 2017. There will be a telephone reserve after Wonder Fest if any are left. Hopefully we get a vinyl version from X-Plus later.
Kudafu Romi (sculptor Hiroshi Fukuda) will have three kits at Summer Wonder Festival Shin Godzilla, Zilla, and Biollante Rose Form. From his site it seems to suggest Shin Godzilla is unpainted and unassembled, the other two are unassembled but are painted. Shin Godzilla is about 25cm tall and will retail for 22,000 yen Biollante is 23cm tall, 23,000 yen, and features a clear middle that can be lit up. Wonder Festival will be this Shin Godzilla's first appearance the others were shown previously.
X-Plus official announced their Summer Wonder Festival Exclusive, DefoReal Shin Godzilla 4th Form Clear Red Version, Ultra Seven Dawn Of The Star Image Version, and Alien Platic kit. Shin Godzilla is the same as the regular version molded in clear red vinyl it is limited to 500 pieces, 250 at Wonder Fest, 250 web lottery. It will retail for 3,000 yen. Ultra Seven will come with a stand and extra arm, is limited to 200 pieces, 100 at Wonder Fest, 100 web lottery. It will retail for 10,000 yen. Alien Platic is limited to 100 pieces 50/50 like the others, and retails for 7,000 yen.
S.H. MonsterArts is releasing a Godzilla Anime figure, the image of the figure was shown in the same pose as the promo art that has been seen previously. The figure will stand 17cm tall and will retail for 9,936 yen. It looks to be released in Dec 2017. No word as to when the actual full figure will be revealed, the full image from the S.H. MonsterArts site (below) has statements of those involved (in Japanese). More info as we get it.
Art Spirits is releasing the Hyper Solid Shin Godzilla Awakening Bandai Premium Limited Edition (yes it's a mouth full). This is an updated version of their previously released Shin Godzilla figure with purple paint scheme similar to other "Awakening" figures. This figure is 26cm tall (approx 10 inches),has a name plate and comes with two heads (both with open mouth poses). It will retail for 20,000 yen (approx $180 US) and can be pre-ordered from the Bandai Premium site (or you can try Mike Johnson on Facebook) with release scheduled for Nov 2017.
Medicom is releasing the Godzilla Vinyl Wars EX Godzilla '68 (Destroy All Monsters) Giant Size figure. This figure stands 36cm tall (approx 14 inches) and retails for 15,000 yen (approx $135 US). It is large then all the previous Godzilla Vinyl Wars figures, the first Giant size. The figure can be pre-ordered now with release in Nov 2017.
Update: this will also be released in the US by Diamond/Previews, it will be released in March 2018, and retail for $179.99. X-Plus and Bandai Premium are releasing the Toho Large Monsters Series Destroyah Luminescence Version, this figure looks to be the same sculpt as the previous version but adding a light up gimmick for the eyes and horn, and a slightly darker color scheme. This figure stands 34cm tall (approx 13.5 inches) so he is big for a LMS figure. It with retail for 29,700 yen (approx $266 US) and will be released in Oct 2017. It can be pre-ordered from X-Plus and Bandai Premium now, of note there is no standard version.
Diamond has officially announce the next two Previews Exclusive X-Plus figure releases the 12 In. 2002 Mechagodzilla and the Gigantic Godzilla 1962. While we have known these were coming we now have prices and release dates. Check out the official solicitations below.

This years ornament is a basic ornament with no light or sound features, it is 4 inches tall and 3 inches wide and deep. It will retail for $14.95 and should be released in within the next few months.
