Marusan has announced a new lottery figures ​the Godzilla 1989 350 Black/Green Double Casting Summer 2022 Version, Rose Biollante 450 Black/Green Double Casting Summer 2022 Version, and the Final Biollante 450 Black/Green Double Casting Summer 2022 Version, The coloring is a "double cast black and green with each figure being unique, they are 23cm tall for Godzilla, and 30cm tall for Biollante, and will retail for 13,200 yen, 24,200 yen, and 29,700 yen each respectively. The lottery can be entered on the Marusan Instagram page or by emailing Marusan with the subject "POP-UP Asakusa 9/3" and your name, address, phone number by August 30th.

Spiral Studio proudly presents the first statue from a product line that celebrates the culmination of Japanese artistry in Godzilla sculpture, "The Legacy Series", which we will keep introducing the finest sculpt of each Godzilla incarnation crafted by different Japanese masters, starting with our acclaimed Tanaka Kenichi-sensei (TANAKA STUDIO) under Tanaka Kenichi Modeling Collection.

Before starting this project, Tanaka-sensei had been travelling across Japan and attending almost every Godzilla event to observe and collect visual data of Godzilla 2001's actual rubber suit in pursuit of the absolute accuracy when it comes to sculpting this Godzilla. And with such effort, our painters at Spiral Studio went the extra miles to give a sense of realism to this sculpt even more by adding micro-details into the sculpt whether it be dusty effect in the crevices and cracks throughout the body, smokey shade in the glossy eyeballs, or subtle dark green hue that is barely visible on Godzilla's charcoal black skin. All these approaches make sure that this will be the most accurate Godzilla 2001 sculpt you have ever seen.

TLSTK-GZ001: Godzilla 2001 will be produced with Soft PU Resin (Unbreakable and bendable, the most expensive resin material) and the Japanese-grade vinyl to enhance its longevity, durability, and most importantly, to honor the long legacy of Godzilla created by Toho, and realized into the finest statue by the most fitting artist.

Our Godzilla 2001 will be limited to 299 pieces since we need to prioritize quality over quantity.

The figures are the Mothra 350 Pink/Green Marble Finish Version, and the Hedorah 450 Pink/Black Marble Finish Version, Mothra has a 30cm wingspan, and Hedorah is 30cm tall, Mothra retails for 13,200 yen, and Hedorah for 29,700 yen. They will be available at the Marusan Soft Vinyl Summer Festa 2022 at Tokyu Hands Shibuya.
Another figure was announced the Godzilla 1989 350 Pink/Black Marble Finish Version (below), it's the same sculpt as the pink/green version previously announced standing 23cm, and retailing for 13,200 yen.
Yet another figure has been added the Hedorah 450 Pink/Green Marble Finish Version (bottom), info is the same as the Pink/Black version (above).

Bandai has announced the Fantazzzy Toys Godzilla Soft Vinyl figure, this figure is the same style as the previously announced Hedorahs. This figure stands 17cm tall, and is 35cm in length (head to tail), it will retail for 10,780 yen. It can be pre-ordered now from Bandai with release scheduled for Dec 2022.

Graveyard Gallery is releasing the Bullmark Monster Series Gigan Aurora Clear Version for Gigan's 50th Anniversary. This figure is clear vinyl with metallic spray and aurora film inside, it stands 23cm tall, and will retail for 8,800 yen. It will be available for pre-ordered starting August 20 from Graveyard Gallery, with release scheduled for Dec 2022.

Medicom has announced the Godzilla Vinyl Wars EX Godzilla 1954 Final Scene 2nd Version (Second Season) lottery figure, this Anraku Ansaku figure is based on the end scene where Godzilla is just a skeleton. This figure features glow in the dark vinyl, stands 26cm tall, will retail for 16,500 yen, and will be released Nov 2022. Like with previous lottery figures the lottery will run from Aug 24th to Sept 10th on the Medicom website.

Marusan has announced a new lottery figures ​Anraku Ansaku Death Godzilla 1995 350 Lucky Bag Summer 2022 Version and the Marugacha 60mm Godzilla & Toho Monsters. The coloring on these Godzilla 1995's are different from the previous one with one being the Ice Paint Version, one the Ghost Version (GID), and one the Mountain Version. This are 23cm tall, and will retail for 10,000 yen. The lottery can be entered on the Marusan Instagram page or by emailing Marusan with the subject "POP-UP Asakusa 8/20" and your name, address, phone number by Aug 15th. The Godzilla & Toho Monsters are 6cm in size and retail for 1,000 yen.

X-Plus has announced the DefoReal Monster X figure to go along with the recently announced Godzilla 2004. This figure stands 15cm tall, the Ric comes with Xilien alien (undisguised), it will retail for 11,000 for the Ric, and 9,900 yen for the standard. It can be pre-ordered from X-Plus (Ric) and other retailers (standard) now with release scheduled for Dec 2022. It is not on the US site yet but maybe at a future date.
