 X-Plus has officially announced the 30cm Series Godzilla 2023 (Minus One) Standard Figure and the Godzilla 2023 DefoReal, both that were revealed at Wonder Festival. The 30cm is the standard only at this time, it stands 33cm tall and is 53cm in length, retail price is 31,900 yen. It should be available for pre-order soon from most retailers with release scheduled for June 2024. The DefoReal is available as a Ric or standard versions, with the Ric including replacement parts to make it a train biter, it stands 15cm tall, the Ric retails for 12,100 yen (11,000 yen on the US site), and the standard is 11,000 yen. It can be pre-ordered now with release scheduled for June 2024.

 Bandai is releasing the S.H. MonsterArts M.O.G.E.R.A. G Force Storage Dock Departure Version to celebrate the film's 30th Anniversary. This figure stands 16.5cm tall, is made with some diecast parts, features an updated paint scheme, it comes spiral missiles with smoke trails, interchangeable parts for his flight mode, maser dish, and a newly modeled storage dock. It will retail for 17,600 yen, pre-order will start March 1st with release scheduled for August 2024. Of note the US release will most likely add a U in it's name as MOGUERA. 
    Medicom is releasing the Burning Godzilla 1995 6th Season Version, an Anraku Ansaku figure. This figure stands 26cm tall, and will retail for 16,500 yen. The lottery can be entered on the Medicom website from February 24th to March 10th, and is scheduled to be released July 2024.
 Marusan is releasing a number of figures at Super Retro EXPO Festival in Shibuya at Hands Shibuya. The figures for this include the '99 Godzilla 350 Cherry Blossom Luminous Version Lucky Bag (there are two versions, red eye and yellow eye), Toho Kaiju 60mm '99 Godzilla which comes in the same versions as the larger figure, '89 Godzilla 450 Evolve Pink Version, and '74 Godzilla 450 Green Marble Version. The lucky bags are 22cm tall and retail for 16,500 yen, the Toho Kaiju are 6cm tall and retail for 1,320 yen, the 450's are both 30cm tall and retail for 27,500 yen. All will be available at the Hands Shibuya store in Tokyo.        Bandai is releasing the Fantazzzy TOYS Godzilla Pink Version Soft Vinyl figure, a sofubi styled figure. This figure (same sculpt as the previous version) stands 17cm tall, and will retail for 14,080 yen. It can be pre-ordered now on the Bandai website with release scheduled for April 2024.        Aoshima is releasing five Japanese Navy Vessel Plastic Model Kits, while these are not directly kaiju collectibles they can possibly tie into Godzilla Minus One, for dioramas and such. The five vessels are Japanese Navy Submarine I-400, Japanese Navy Destroyer Kagerou, Japanese Navy Destroyer Akizuki, Japanese Navy Light Cruiser Oyodo, and Japanese Navy Battleship Fuso, all are 1/700th scale, they range in price from $10.99 up to $22.99, and release is scheduled for July 2024. They can be pre-ordered from multiple retailers and Aoshima. 
 Bandai is releasing the X-Plus Gigantic DefoReal Godzilla 1954 Trainbiter Monochrome Version 70th Anniversary figure, which is the same sculpt as the color version released late last year. This figure stands 24cm tall and is 39cm in length, the train can be removed with replacement jaw parts, it retails for 25,850 yen.  X-Plus is releasing the Favorite Sculptors Line Godzilla 1984 Cybot Version figure, based on the robotic version used in filming the movie. This Monster Maker 28 sculpt is 34cm tall and 38cm in length, the Ric version comes with Shockirus with harpoon which is 18cm in length (this is the same sculpt as the Ric accessory from 2013), the Ric retails for 27,500 yen (25,000 yen on the US site) and the standard without the harpoon is 25,300 yen from general retailers. It can be pre-ordered now with release scheduled for April 2024. 
 Banpresto is releasing the Godzilla 2023 Enshrined Monster and Roar Attack Version 2 figures, both are slightly different from the previous versions and each comes in different styles. The Enshrined Monster one comes in two styles color, and black and white, both are 4.7 inches tall and retail for $24.99. The Roar Attack comes in three styles color, black and white, and emissions versions, they are 6.3 inches tall and retail for $24.99. They can be pre-ordered now from multiple retailers with release scheduled for July/August 2024. Also being released at the same time will be Evolved Godzilla 2024 in the Enshrined Monster line, it is the same price and retail release info.
  T's Facto is releasing the Godzilla 2016 Model Version For Template Examination Kit. This unassembled, unpainted kit once assembled stands 35cm to the top of the head, and 45cm to the tip of the tail, it is 49 pieces, weighs 4.5kg, and it retails for 44,000 yen. It will be shown at Wonder Festival Winter February 11th, orders will be taken there and on the T's Facto website.          |
