X-Plus Ultraman Pre-2012 Part Two

X-Plus is a Japanese toy company that makes toys based on many Japanese as well international characters. They make one of the largest lines of kaiju vinyl figures. X-Plus has their 30cm Series (30cm scale), Large Monster Series (25cm scale), Gigantic Series, and their Real Master Collection (polystone "statues"). There are usually two version of many figures, a standard version, and a Ric Boy Limited version that is sold direct from X-Plus and features extra features and/or accessories. This section features figures from Ultraman, Return Of Ultraman, and Ultraman Ace, pre-2012. Thanks to John from Kaiju Addicts, and Brad Simmons for some reference material.

This figure was released Aug 2008, it stands 30cm tall. This figure feature a cloth suit, it was limited to 100 pieces.

This figure was released Aug 2008, it stands 20cm tall. The Ric Version came with a translator. It was released Dec 2012 with a light up gimmick (without translator).

This figure was released Dec 2008, it stands 20cm tall. The Ric Version came with Before Fusion Meteorite parts. It was released Feb 2011 in a soft squishy vinyl at Wonder Festival.

This figure was released Dec 2008, it stands 20cm tall. The Ric Version came with a soft mini Gavadon A. It was released May 2011 as a soft version (without mini).

This figure was released Feb 2009, it stands 24cm tall. The Ric Version came with a mini Kemur man.

Large Monster Series Zoffy/Play Color Version

This figure was released May 2009, it stands 23cm tall. The Ric Version came with different posed arm and red sphere. It was release Oct 2009 as the Play Color version with a slightly different color scheme (and standard arm pose).

This figure was released May 2009, it stands 23cm tall. The Ric Version came with a mini Mummy Human.

Large Monster Series Ultraman C Type/Fighting Light Up Version/Specium Ray Pose Emitting Version

This figure was released July 2009, it stands 23cm tall. The Ric Version came with two sets of arms (fighting pose). The fight pose version was released again May 2016 with a light up gimmick to celebrate Ultraman's 50th Anniversary. It was re-released as part of X-Plus' Spring Kaiju Festival with the Specium Ray arms and light up feature that will release May 2020.

Large Monster Series Fake Ultraman

This figure was released July 2009, it stands 23cm tall. The Ric Version came with a mini Alien Zarab.

Large Monster Series Dada/Wonder Festival Damaged Version

This figure was released July 2009, it stands 23cm tall. The Ric Version came with different arms with gun, and different interchangeable faces. It was also released at Wonder Festival July 2009 with a damaged face.

Large Monster Series Fake Ultraman & Alien Zarab Night Color Set

This set was released July 2009, both figures are 23cm tall. Both figures were the same as previous releases but with a new nighttime paint scheme.

This figure was released May 2010, it is 25cm in length. The Ric Version came with closed back parts. This figure will be re-released as the Emissions version Aug 2019, it includes a light up gimmick for eyes and back (but does not have the closed back parts). It is a Ric exclusive.
