The Japanese Godzilla Store has announced a number of new and unique items including shirts, shoes, and figures.
The figures include the Movie Monster Series Zilla 2004 and the Hibiya Godzilla Square Godzilla Statue, the Monster King Godzilla Minus One Minus Color, the Godzilla Store Exclusive Marusan x Koganemushi Super-Dreadnought Destoroyah, and the Wooden Godzilla 1954. Zilla is 26cm in length, and retails for 3,080 yen, the Hibiya figure is 17cm tall, and retails for 2,750 yen, and Minus One is 24.5cm tall, and retails for 8,250 yen. The Super-Dreadnought Destoroyah is based on the Godziban version, is 30cm tall, and retails for 49,500 yen, the Wooden Godzilla is hand carved, and meant to look like wood carvings of a bear holding a fish (Godzilla is holding a train), comes with a wood tag (name plate, 6cm tall), it is 26cm tall, 17cm in length, and 13cm wide, and it retails for 162,800 yen. The shirts are the same style featuring Godzilla's face in a metallic print, they come in three colors of print white, red, and turquoise, are sizes S to XXL, 100% cotton, and retail for 13,200 yen each. The shoes are the Godzilla shoes, worn at the Oscars, with the Godzilla claw heel, in a Godzilla Store exclusive color, in both men's and women's styles, in various sizes, the men's retails for 96,800 yen, the women's is 82,500 yen. Also announced was two unpainted and unassembled resin kits by Kokuryu Kobo, Godzilla 1989, and Biollante, Godzilla is 27cm tall (including base), 54cm in length, and 25cm wide, it retails for 51,700 yen, Biollante is 43cm tall (including base), 93cm in length, and 65cm wide, it retails for 407,000 yen. All except the Biollante kit are releasing this month (Biollante in Oct 2024), all can be pre-ordered now from the Godzilla Store Japan, most with the Buyee option.

Bandai is releasing the S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla 1989 Exclusive SDCC Edition Figure at SDCC 2024. This Yuji Sakai sculpted figure stands 16cm tall, it features clear painted fins to create a glow effect (no accessories), and will retail for 9,900 yen. SDCC is July 25 to 28 at the San Diego Convention Center.
Godzilla The Art By Parco Vol.3 has been announced and like with previous events there are exclusive figures, check them out below. GODZILLA THE ART Limited Movie Monster Series Godzilla (1954) Template 4,620 yen (tax included) *Regular sales at the venue The Godzilla prototype was created to consider the shape of Godzilla that would appear in the first Godzilla film in the series, Godzilla (1954). At the design consideration stage, the body was designed to be covered in scales, which was different from the Godzilla we know today. The Godzilla prototype is truly the origin of Godzilla. Megahouse is releasing the UA Monsters Space Godzilla figure, shown at conventions previously. This figure stands 36cm tall, it features a light up gimmick for crystals, eyes, forehead, and fins (clear parts for this), sounds including roar and beam emissions, a base, and it retails for 44,490 yen. It can be pre-ordered from select retailers including Premium Bandai, AmiAmi, Digital Mind, Volks, and Yellow Submarine with release scheduled for Nov 2024.
Bandai Gashapon is releasing the Toho Monster Godzilla Waiting figures, figures posed in a seated position. There are four figures, Godzilla, Mothra, Mechagodzilla, and Gigan, they stand approx. 5cm tall, they will be released June, and will retail for 400 yen. They will be available from Gashapon machines in Japan and at other retailers.
X-Plus is releasing the Godzilla vs. Evangelion Toho 30cm Evangelion Unit 01 Burning G Awakening Form, that was revealed awhile back. This version is similar to the previous version but adds a burning fist and halo, both clear vinyl, it stands 40cm tall, 35cm wide, and 57cm deep, and it retails for 38,500 yen. It can be pre-ordered from Bandai, X-Plus, Evangelion Store, and the Godzilla Store with release scheduled for September 2024. (Note, the X-Plus US site, Godzilla Store, and Evangelion Store will ship to the US.)
Bandai is releasing the S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla 1954 70th Anniversary Special Version, to celebrate Godzilla's 70th Anniversary. This figure stands 15cm tall, it has an updated paint scheme to mimic the poster, it comes with radiation heat ray effect parts, Airplanes (2), base, stand (for planes, extra hands (to hold planes), and retails for 13,200 yen. It will be available from general retailers with release scheduled for November 2024.
Tamashii/Bandai is releasing the S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla 2016 4th Form Orthochromatic Version, the same Shin Godzilla sculpt previously released but with an updated black and white paint scheme. This figure stands 18cm tall, and will retail for 16,500 yen, it is an Tamashii web shop exclusive. Pre-orders will start May 10 with release scheduled for Nov 2024. (Note it may be available from US retailers as well.)
Banpresto has announced the Ichiban Kuji Godzilla Minus One Gold Version Sofvics figure. This figure is the same sculpt as the previous lottery figures but in a gold color (like the Oscars version that Takashi Yamazaki carried with him), it is 23cm tall, and will retail for 14,000 yen. Unlike other Ichiban figures this will be a limited retail sale item direct from the Ichiban shop and Premium Bandai (it is unclear if there may be international sales), pre-orders start May 20th and will end June 3rd with the figure shipping in Aug 2024.
Bandai is releasing the Movie Monster Series Shin Godzilla: Ortho 3 Form Set, based on the black and white version of Shin Godzilla. The set includes Shin Godzilla 2nd Form, 3rd Form, and 4th Form, the 2nd Form is 12cm tall, 7cm wide, and 32cm deep, 3rd Form is 13cm tall, 7.5cm wide, and 32.5cm deep and the 4th Form is 17cm tall, 9cm wide, and 28cm deep, the set retails for 9,900 yen. It can be pre-ordered from Bandai with release scheduled for Oct 2024.
