Godzilla: Vinyl Wars is a collaboration between Japan's classic Sofubi manufacturers and cutting-edge toy maker Medicom Toy.
The two items below as well as an X-Plus Godzilla kit we posted previously are exclusives available at Superfestival 68 on 4/26/15. The X-Plus kit (bottom) is the 2001 GMK version soft vinyl with transparent fins and is limited to 50 costing approx $150. Top Godzilla '73, 17cm approx $41; middle Godzilla Special Effects Exhibition Tote Bag approx $17.
Shown at the Miyazawa Model Exhibition was more Godzilla Kaiju Museum figures as well as fully paint versions of ones we have shown previously. Godzilla 2014, Gigan 2014 and Godzilla 1954 were shown fully painted and two new figures Godzilla 1964 and Mothra 1964 were shown for the first time no word on release dates yet but we will bring you the info as soon as we get it.
A kit version of the X-Plus GMK Godzilla will be released at Super Festival 68 it will be limited to 100 will feature transparent back spines (to make it light up we assume), and possibly be unpainted (as per another site). It will cost about $150 US. I believe the photos are of the regular version.
This X-Plus Gorosaurus '68 is a repaint of the '67 to continue the Destroy All Monsters releases it's 23.5cm will retail for $100 US and will be released in June.
