X-Plus is releasing the Toho 30cm Series Godzilla '89 Limited  Luminescence Version, this figure has a light up gimmick for it's fins and comes with a mini Biollante first form. The figure stands 35cm tall (approx 14 inches) and the Biollante is 12cm tall (approx 5 inches), it will retail for 22,000 yen (approx $200 US). It can be pre-ordered from X-Plus, as well as the Bandai Premium site, with release scheduled for Nov 2017. This figure was previously released in 2012 without the light up feature.
