Godzilla Generations an event being held from Oct 27 to Nov 19 is an event that will feature the work of three artists, Shinji Nishikawa, Noriyoshi Ohrai, Yuji Kaida, and other artists, it will show all the Godzilla films including a premiere of Godzilla: Monster Planet, as well as have unique merchandise for sale. It takes place at the Tower Records Shibuya Store with admission costing 800 yen and there will be a number of pieces of original art shown. Below are some of the items for sale.

Hulu has announced their October films and included in that were 12 Godzilla films from both the Heisei and Millennium eras. It is not known if they are the english language versions or dubbed/subbed versions. Also included in the announcement was Colossal the independent kaiju film starring Anne Hathaway and directed by Nacho Vigalondo (hitting Oct 4).  Below is a list of the films.

Toho and Polygon pictures have revealed a new trailer, and poster and with that Godzilla's full design. Above is the poster and below is the trailer. The poster features the tagline "Who will be eradicated? Man or Godzilla?" The English language title for the film is Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters. Of note the images and trailer prove the "Grootzilla" images and coloring to be false, as we have posted previously.

Toho has released a teaser trailer for Godzilla: Kaiju (Monster) Planet and we also have our first reveal of a kaiju in the film, Servum. Check out the new kaiju below along with the trailer and a still of Godzilla shown as well.

Funimation has finally announced when Shin Godzilla gets it's US release, August 1 2017. It will be released as a Blu-ray/DVD/Digital combo as well as a DVD release. It appears that it will feature both Japanese and English language tracks and English subtitles, and will also have a 34 minute "special feature" (Godzilla Vs. Nerds: Interviews and Trailers). The Blu-ray retails for $34.98 but can be ordered from Funimation for $26.24, the DVD is $29.99 and can be had for $22.49.
