Bandai is releasing a unique collectible, the Ultraman Variety Acrylic Board Art Edition. This collectible is a acrylic standee that is 18.2cm wide and 25.7cm tall, it includes foil printing to give the image a three-dimensional effect, and can also be enhanced with the use of a black light, and it retails for 3,850 yen. It can be pre-ordered now from Bandai with release scheduled for Dec 2021.

The Shina Ginza Gallery is having a Ultraman 55th Anniversary Ultra Monster Mononoke Picture Scroll Exhibition, artist Noriaki Tanimura has a 10 meter Mononoke (classic Japanese art work) on display featuring many Ultraman kaiju as part of it. Along with art related items available for purchase a number of special figures from Sunguts and Yamomark will also be available. The figures are approx. 15cm tall, and will retail for 3,850 yen for the Sunguts and 4,400 yen for the Yamomark, and will be available starting Oct 24th. The event is ongoing till Nov. 14th. The merchandise appears to only ship to Japan but it may be able to purchase by a proxy (buying service). Check out the figures below.
Update: another wave of figures has been announced, this wave's are from Max Toy featuring Ultraman, Garamon, Kanegon, and Booska. Each stand approx. 12cm tall, and retail for 5,500 yen (Booska is 6,600 yen), all will be available starting Oct 31st, check them out at the bottom. Update 2: more figures have been announced, the latest being M1, Ultraman and Garamon, these are approx. 20cm tall, and will retail for 13,800 yen and 15,800 yen respectively, there is also a very limited set featuring Garamon and a hand done artwork that is 39,800 yen, all will be available starting Nov 7th. CCP is releasing the 1/6 Tokusatsu Series Twintail Advent Version figure, an updated version of this figure featuring a paint application to show dust and wear. It is 26cm tall (30cm scale), and will retail for 16,500 yen (tax included). It can be pre-ordered from CCP now (and possibly other retailers) with release scheduled for March 2022.
Banpresto is releasing a number of new items, a new Ultraman Special Effects Stagement set and new Ultraman Heroes figures. The Stagement set includes three figures with connecting bases, Ultraman Dyna, Ultraman Dyna Terranoid, and Ultraman Dyna Zeluganoid, each stand approx. two inches tall, and retail for approx. $15. The new Ultraman Heroes figures included Ultraman Trigger Versions A and B, Ultraman Agul Versions 2A and 2B, with both B versions featuring a clear vinyl, also coming is other figures including Ultraman Trigger Dark Version A, all are approx. seven inches tall, and retail for approx. $27. All can be pre-ordered now from multiple retailers like Entertainment Earth, with release scheduled for May 2022 (March for Trigger Dark).
Bandai is releasing the Ultimate Luminous Ultraman SP figures including four versions of Ultraman and two jets. The figures are Ultraman A Type Steel Color Specium Ray Ver. Anniversary Edition, Ultraman A Type Steel Color Fighting Pose Ver. Anniversary Edition, Ultraman Tiga Multi-Type Anniversary Edition, and Glitter Tiga, they are approx. 11cm, and they retail for 500 yen. They will be released from multiple retailers next week.
Bandai is releasing the Converge Motion Ultraman 2 candy figures, with 8 characters in total. The line up includes Ultraman Trigger Multi Type, Ultra Seven, Tiga Dark, Ultraman Geed Primitive, Trigger Dark, King Joe, Ultraman Belial, and a mystery figure, they are approx. 5.5cm tall, will retail for 500 yen, and will be available from retail stores start Oct 20th.
Bandai has announced another Acrylic Logo Display EX this one is the Ultraman Taiga logo. The logo comes in two styles one with a clear background and one with a black background, they are approx. 11cm wide and 5cm tall, and they both retail for 1,320 yen each. They can be pre-ordered now from Bandai now with release scheduled for Dec 2021. (Figures not included.)
CCP has announced the 1/6 Tokusatsu Series Gabora and Neronga from Shin Ultraman, figures that were teased a while back. Both are 30cm tall with Neronga being 40cm in length and Gabora being 50cm in length, both will retail for 16,000 yen (early bird price, 18,000 yen after). They can both be pre-ordered now from CCP (and possibly other retailers) with release scheduled for April 2022.
Japan Post is releasing Ultraman 55th Anniversary Ultra Q Original Limited Color Garamon Tower Set and Ultra Q Frame Stamp Set. The Garamon set includes Garamon, mini Namegon, and tower all from M1, Garamon stands 22cm tall, Namegon is 8cm, and the tower is 37cm tall, the set retails for 38,980 yen. The Frame Stamp set includes stamp booklet, calendar, frame stamp, bromide collection, and more, the set retails for 5,280 yen. Depending on pre-order date they will be release Dec/Jan 2021/2022.
