From what we can tell there will be three locations for this Tokyo Tower, Shibuya Hikarie, and Kintetsu Art Museum. Admission is free at Tokyo Tower, the other locations is $10 US. The first exibit is from July 20th to the 29th, the second from July 24th to August 14th, the last one from July 18th to August 31st. Check out the website for all the info here.
