Marusan has announced a number of lottery figures for their Pop-Up Shop in Asakusa including two different Godzilla lucky bags, and a Minya set. With the lucky bags one features a chance to get a number of different 350 versions of Godzilla in a clear red or green vinyl, that are 23cm tall, and are 11,000 yen, the second one features tadpole Hedorahs, juvenile form Destoroyahs, as well as two different Godzilla's in different colors, they are approx. 6cm and retail for 1,000 yen each. The Minya set feature Minya in regular and infant forms, they are both blanks that are glow in the dark vinyl, are 15cm and 6cm respectively, and retail for 5,500 yen. The lottery can be entered via the Marusan Instagram page or by emailing your name, address, and phone number to Marusan with the subject line "POP-UP Asakusa 10/16" (you should specify which figures you are interested in) by Oct 11th.

Tokyu Hands Shibuya store is having the Marusan Bullmark Soft Vinyl Fair a celebration of Marusan's 55th Anniversary of their first kaiju vinyl figure and Bullmark's 50th Anniversary of their first. They now have announced the Bullmark figures. Monster Series Hedorah Clear Blue, Monster Series Godzilla 50 Black Blue, Monster Series Mechagodzilla Aurora Color, and Ultraman 50 Silver. Hedorah and Mechagodzilla is 22cm tall, and retail for 7,700 yen each, Godzilla is 23cm tall and retails for 9,900 yen, and Ultraman is 25cm tall, and retails for 8,250. All should be on sale now at the ​​Tokyu Hands Shibuya store. There will also be other figures on sale as well (at bottom).

​Tokyu Hands Shibuya store is having the Marusan Bullmark Soft Vinyl Fair a celebration of Marusan's 55th Anniversary of their first kaiju vinyl figure and Bullmark's 50th Anniversary of their first. The first three figures are all Marusan, Biogoji 350 Color Change Green - Yellow Version, Adult Biollante 450 Color Change Green - Yellow Version, and the Golden Mechagodzilla Ⅱ450 (1975) Version. Biogoji is 23cm tall, and retails for 13,200 yen, Biollante and Mechagodzilla are both 30cm tall and retail for 29,700 yen and 22,000 yen respectively. They will all be on sale starting Aug 28th at the ​​Tokyu Hands Shibuya store. Note pic above is mid color change.

Marusan is releasing three event figures at The Art Of Godzilla event which features art of Yuji Kaida (original paintings will be on display). There are two different Biollante 450 figures with slightly different color schemes and a Mechagodzilla 1974 figure. One Biollante is molded in clear vinyl the other in a glow in the dark vinyl, Mechagodzilla also glows in the dark, both Biollantes are 30cm tall, Mecha is 23cm tall, both Biollantes are 27,500 yen and Mecha is 11,000 yen. These maybe available from the Gallery 21 website here on July 22nd.

New collectibles and mechandise has been announced for the Shinji Nishikawa Original Painting Exhibition Godzilla II Hyakusho at Gallery 21 Tokyo. The items include art prints, t-shirts, figures, and more, below is just a sample of some of the items available. The figures include US Toys Bill Box figures, a Marusan figure (posted on our Facebook page), another interesting item are maps of Godzilla's battles with both a Showa and Heisei version being available. The first three glow in the dark, Hedorah adult is 23cm tall, the Biollantes are 30cm tall, and King Joe is 28cm tall, Hedorah retails for 11,000 yen, Biollante Rose form is 13,200 yen, Final form is 22,000 yen and King Joe is 27,500 yen. The lottery can be entered by emailing Marusan with the subject "POP-UP Asakusa 5/23" and the text "name, address, phone number", deadline is Jan 12th.

The Godzilla Store is releasing the Marusan Godzilla 1989 350 Classic Version, Rose Biollante 450 Godzilla Store Limited Classic Version, and Adult Biollante 450 Godzilla Store Limited Classic Version. Godzilla is 23cm tall, features a dark blue molded body with silver spray and red eyes, and retails for 9,900 yen. Rose Biollante and Adult Biollante are 30cm tall, features a blue molded color with glossy colors on top, the adult form also has 8 points of articulation, and the Rose form retails for 22,000 yen, adult form for 27,500 yen. All can be pre-ordered now from the Godzilla Store with release scheduled for the end of June 2021.

Marusan has announced a new lottery figure the MG-2 450 Soft Biomechanical Built-in Version Two. This MG-2 (Mechagodzilla '75) is clear vinyl outside with a "mechanical mechanism" inside and also has a brain head under the regular head, the brain is a different color from the one released as part of the Marusan Toy Festival 2020 Autumn (silver instead of gold), it is 30cm tall and retails for 27,900 yen. As with other lotteries you need to email Marusan with "P-39 Mechagodzilla" written in the subject of the email and name, address, phone number, desired number of purchases in the body, the lottery takes place Dec 20th.

Marusan has announced new lottery figures for their Asakusa New Stage Pop Up Shop at the Asakusa Smile Bar. The figures include Hedorah GID Adult version, Hedorah 450 Crawling version, a set of Hedorah Flying and Tadpole versions, and Marugacha 60mm Monster Encyclopedia set of Adult and Crawling, all in a Bullmark inspired color scheme, there is also a Biollante Lucky Bag in four different colors. Hedorah Adult (and Biollante) are 30 cm tall and is 20,000 yen, Crawling Hedorah is 36cm long and also 20,000 yen. The Flying and Tadpole set are 16cm each and will retail for 5,000 each, and the Encyclopedia figures are 1,000 yen each.
