X-Plus had a booth at Winter Wonder Festival 2023, they had some interesting reveals showing what could be a continuing change in direction from the past. X-Plus revealed Gigantics, DefoReals, Model Kits, and Favorite Sculptors Line figures. The new Gigantics include a FSL Destoroyah base on a Black Dragon Studio kit that will be a resin figure per info and be 64cm tall, it looks to be coming soon since it was fully painted. A Godzilla 2002 was shown as well it is similar to the 2003 released previously but with a different head pose it was an early prototype, another Gigantic shown was an FSL Alien Baltan, this was also an early prototype. A Godzilla 1992 LMS was shown, like the others it was an early prototype. Another FSL Gigantic is Ultraman C Type featuring him holding a ship with base based on Episode #36 (it is designed by Liu Sakamoto(?)). Also from Ultraman is the Shin Ultraman Gabora which will feature two heads (Neronga has been previously shown).

On the DefoReal front they announced the second Gigantic DefoReal, Godzilla 1954 Trainbiter, this figure looks basically finished so release should be soon. Another ready for release was the Godzilla 2003 with Kamoebas (most likely the Ric option). A bit of surprise but maybe not was the Evangelion 1st Unit "G" Awakening Form based on the recently re-release 30cm figure, this one is a prototype but looks good.

Another area that has been steadily expanding is the model kit line, it features the Shin Ultraman 1/250 Plastic Model Kit, Gamera 1999 1/700 Plastic Model Kit, Redosaurus and Lighthouse Plastic Model Kit, 1/8 Scale Plastic Model Kit Cyclops Fluorescent Version (releasing Aug 2023), 1/8 Scale Plastic Model Kit Metropolis based on a film scene, ​1/8 Scale Plastic Model Kit Blue & Beta from Jurassic World: Dominion, 1/8 Scale Plastic Model Kit Dracula (1931). Also shown was model kit that were customized to show the potential of these kits, by Shunji Yamada and Yoshi Yamada and featured in Hobby Japan.

Also shown again was the ​Masterpiece Series Princess of Mars Dejah Thoris figure which will release later this year retailing for 34,500 yen, it looks like a beautifully done statue. Last but not least was the two new color reveals of the Space Cyclops, orange and and ice color. More info on all the announcements as we get it.

Emerging in the MondoVerse for the first time ever, SpaceGodzilla hits The Drop at 12PM CT tomorrow (Tuesday, 2/7).

Hazawa Gumi is releasing the G Memories Selection First Godzilla Clear Version for Wonder festival. This figure is the same sculpt as previously released but in clear vinyl with silver highlights as well as fine silver glitter with hints of blue, it stands 18cm tall, and will retail for 7,150 yen. Super Festival is February 12th in Tokyo.

X-Plus is releasing the Godzilla 1995 Final Battle Version Ric Exclusive, an updated version of the figure released in June 2014. This version features clear vinyl (similar to other versions of Burning Godzilla), it stands 48cm tall, and is 87.5cm long, it will retail for 82,500 yen (75,000 yen on the US site). It can be pre-ordered now with release scheduled for May 2023.

Banpresto is releasing the Sofvics Godzilla 1995 lottery figure as well as other lottery items. The lottery items are A Prize SOFVICS Godzilla 1995 Hong Kong Landing Version designed by Yuji Sakai, B Prize Big Acrylic Stand, C Prize Gauze Towel, D Prize Movie Logo Display, E Prize Godzilla Art Selection, F Prize Monster Head Magnet, and last a Double chance campaign SOFVICS Godzilla 1995 Hong Kong Landing Version. The figure is 22cm tall Burning Godzilla, the retail entry fee is 900 yen, it can be entered at bookstores, hobby shops, some game arcades, Ichiban-kuji official shops, Ichiban-kuji ONLINE, and more in Japan, the scheduled release date is Saturday, June 24, 2023.

Bandai is releasing the next version of the Fantazzzy Toys Hedorah Soft Vinyl figure, the Mint Green Version. This sofubi style figure stands 17cm tall, and retails for 9,680 yen. It can be pre-ordered Jan 31st from Bandai with release scheduled for second quarter 2023.

Godzilla Store Limited Movie Monster Series Kiwami feat. Yuji Sakai Godzilla (1989) Osaka Advance Luminous Color Version
This Yuji Sakai design figure looks awesome (more X-Plus than Bandai good), it features clear fins, it stands 16.5cm tall and 29cm in length, it retails for 13,200 yen, and will be released Dec 2023.

​Godzilla Tape Dispenser/Godzilla 1995 Tape Dispenser
These are bust style tape dispensers, with the tape tearer on Godzilla's bottom jaw and roll storage in his back, it is 14.5cm tall x 13cm wide x 15.5cm deep, they retail for 5,500 yen and 6,600 yen respectively, and release Jan 2023.

Godzilla 1984 Sukajan
This jacket features embroidery on the back, there are two styles Godzilla and Super X, they come in sizes S to XXL, outer fabric is 100% rayon, lining fabric is 100% polyester, rib is 70% acrylic and 30% wool, it retails for 52,800 yen and will be released May 2023.

Megalon and Jet Jaguar Can Badges, Multi Hard Case, Acrylic Key Chain
These items feature the Megalon and Jet Jaguar 50th Anniversary logos, they are 440yen, 2,530 yen, and 880 yen each, these all will release Jan 2023. (Note the Gigan 50th Anniversary versions are available as well.)

Also available is the Marusan Hedorah 350 Pop Star Version, which is the same figure from the Cure Maid Cafe collaboration.

Graveyard Gallery is releasing the ​Bullmark Monster Series G Godzilla New Year Red figure. This figure features multiple metallic red tones with gold and blue/silver metallic colors on the stomach and fins, it stands 32cm tall, and retails for 16,500 yen. It will be available for pre-order on Jan 21st from Graveyard Gallery.

New Movie Monster Series figures have been announced for Shin Japan Heroes Universe, which will be available at Shin Japan Heroes Amusement World in March. The figures are metallic versions, in colors related to their regular colors, of Shin Godzilla 4th Form, Shin Evangelion, Shin Ultraman, and Shin Kamen Rider (Coat Version), these figures stands 16.5cm, 18cm, 16cm, and 16.5cm tall respectively, it appears they are prizes figures from wording on the SJHU website. There are also acrylic name displays as well, they are approx. 7cm x 7cm in size, with two related to each character and one SJHU one (9 total), these also appear to be prize items. There are also a number of other items that will be available some new, some re-releases.
