Sega has revealed their Godzilla: Monster Planet prize figure on the heels of the other prize items. This figure stands 12cm tall and 29cm in length (approx 5 inches tall and 11.5 in length), it does not seem to have any articulation. Like the other items this will be available in Nov 2017 and be in prize machines (in Japan). Note this figure is slightly smaller than the 6 inch Bandai figure.

Sega is releasing new prize items for Godzilla: Monster Planet, including plush toys and towels. There are two styles of plushes a large plush and three smaller ones. The large Godzilla is 49cm tall (approx 20 inches), the small ones, two styles of Godzilla and one Servum, are 15cm in size (approx 6 inches). The three smaller ones are packed together. There are also two styles of towels, both are 120cm X 60cm (approx 48 inches X 24 inches). All will be released in Nov 2017 in prize machines.

The Banpresto Godzilla: Monster Planet Lottery was announced back in July now all the lottery items have been revealed. They included a Godzilla vinyl figure, rubber strap characters, heads magnets, drink glasses, clear files, hand towels, and cushion. The lottery cost 620 yen and will be available at​ Lawson, Ministop, other convenience stores, bookstores, hobby shops, game centers, etc.  in Japan. Pics below of the items, the is Nov 2017.

X-Plus has announced the release of their GMK Mothra 2001 and Baragon 2001 Ric Boy limited set, which are based on kits from Shunsuke Niwa (made by Monster Maker 28). These figures are smaller than the normal X-Plus figures and are in scale with Godzilla 2001 and Ghidorah 2001 previously released. Mothra is 9cm tall and 20cm wingspan (not including base), Baragon is 13cm tall and 28cm in length, the set retails for 27,000 yen (approx $240 US). This can be pre-ordered now from X-Plus with release in Jan 2018. While Ghidorah was released recently Godzilla 2001 was released some time back no word if he will get a re-release.

Medicom is releasing Cocoon Ball Mothra figure, this figure is brightly colored and has a cocoon. The figure is 22cm long (approx 8.5 inches) and will retail for 8,640 yen (approx $77 US). The figure can be ordered from the Medicom website now with release in Jan 2018. 

Marusan is releasing the Godzilla 350 & High Voltage Tower Set, this set includes the figure and two towers. The figure features a blue coloring with silver highlights, the towers are an off white color (unpainted), Godzilla stands 22cm, the towers 19cm (approx 8.5 and 7.5 inches). The set retails for 16,200 yen (approx $144 US) and can be pre-ordered from AmiAmi with release scheduled for Dec 2017.

Albatross Japan/EDFSB have been teasing their War Of The Gargantuas: Sanda Vs Gaira Set and Rodan Bust now we have official info and pics. Toho Kaiju Collection Vol.33 Frankenstein's Monster: Sanda Vs. Gaira Set features the two monsters locked in battle, it stands 26cm tall (just over 10 inches (to tip of hands), 21.5cm for Sanda, 21cm for Gaira to top of their heads), and come with a base. The set retails for 34,560 yen (approx $307 US). The Toho Kaiju Collection Vol.34 Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla: Rodan is 50cm from tip of the beak to top of head (just under 20 inches), it has a base/stand with nameplate. It retails for 43,200 yen (approx $383 US). Both are sculpted by Taichi Yamada, and can be pre-ordered now from AmiAmi, and other retailers with release in Dec 2017.

Toho has announced that the first permanent official Godzilla Store will open, Godzilla Store Tokyo. The store is opening in Shinjuku at the Shinjuku Toho Building, the building which features Godzilla's head perched atop it, as announced by Keiji Ota from Toho. The store will open Monday October 30 and will feature close to 500 items a number of which will be store exclusives like the Movie Monster Series Godzilla 2016 Godzilla Store Limited Version (image below) and the Sanrio X Godzilla merchandise. There has been temporary pop-up stores but this is the first permanent one. A design for the store was also shown.

X-Plus made a few reveals at Super Festival 75 but one reveal fans were hoping for wasn't there, a update of their Kong figure. Revealed at the show was Desghidorah, a DefoReal Train Biter Godzilla, and Ultraman figures. Desghidorah was shown fully painted and looks to be a March 2018 release, the DefoReal Train Biter was shown unpainted and looks to be released Feb 2018. Four other figures (Ultra Kaiju) were on display. Also displayed were the Mothra/Baragon GMK set.

Medicom has reveal two new Godzilla Vinyl Wars figures, the Burning Godzilla Closed Mouth Version and the Rampage Studios Godzilla. The Burning Godzilla figure is different from the recent version shown having a closed mouth and slightly different paint scheme. The Rampage Studios Godzilla is a unique Godzilla figure designed by Rampage Studios. Both figures are 23cm tall and will be released in Jan 2018. Burning Godzilla will retail for 6,480 yen, the Rampage Studios for 12,960 yen. Both can be pre-ordered now from Medicom and other retailers.
