X-Plus is releasing a Gigantic Godzilla 1962 Kit at Summer Wonder Festival, Sunday July 29th. The kit is not painted but does come with parts (back fins and mouth) that will glow in the dark and features a classic model kit styling on the box. It appears to be the same as the original version in pose and size (48cm), and features 40 parts. There will be 40 available at Wonder Festival and 60 more from a web lottery afterwards (date not announced), it retails for 16,000 yen (approx $142 US) which makes it an inexpensive option, if you have the skills to assemble and paint it, for a Gigantic figure.
