 X-Plus has announced the new Large Monster Series Godzilla 2019, from the images it appears to be clear vinyl. It stands 27cm tall and 48cm in length (same sculpt as the previous LMS Godzilla 2019), and retails for 19,250 yen. It appears, like the Gigantic Burning, there is only one version, Ric only. It can be pre-ordered from X-Plus and Bandai with release scheduled for Feb 2021.
