"Mothra, Queen of the Monsters" - Dr. Ilene Chen
Following the releases of King Ghidorah(2019) and Burning Godzilla(2019) under The Ultimate Masterline Series, here comes Queen of the Monsters herself.
Spiral Studio proudly presents ME-MIS005: Mothra(2019) Imago Form in all her glory with the level of details taken directly from the movie through the official assets.
Tanaka Kenichi-sensei returns again with his unparalleled craftmanship as seen in any other of his works. Mothra was sculpted with all the attention to details in mind, whether it be individual hairline, over a thousand lens on her eyes, wrinkles and hairs throughout the wings for instance. Combining with the diorama that faithfully depicts the cityscape of Boston's downtown, we aim to achieve an absolute realism with our works.
The same approach was also applied to our painting process as. we made sure that the most important parts of Mothra like her wings pattern is 100% accurate to the movie. We even used special type of Black Light Paint to imitate her bioluminescence effect where her wings' color changes and glows beautifully. With this technique, collectors get to have 2 different versions of Mothra in one statue.
As an icing on top, we are honored to announce that our Mothra Imago comes with an exclusive art print illustrated by none other than the legendary artist, Yuji Kaida-sensei, whose works are considered one of the best in Kaiju genre.
Mystical Edition also includes bonus item in a form of "Mothra Stone Tablet" which is a smaller replica of the stone wall inside Temple of the Moth located in Yunnan Province, China.

X-Plus is releasing the Ric Exclusive Godzilla 2019 Atomic Breath Version, this figure is the same sculpt as the previous version, but with light up gimmick and updated paint. It stands 27cm tall and is 48cm in length, the light up starts at the tail and works its way up to the head, mouth, and eyes, it will retail for 25,300 yen (currently it is only on the Japanese Ric site). It can be pre-ordered from X-Plus with release scheduled for July 2023. (Note it looks like the tail is attached which means shipping will probably be more expensive than normal.)

X-Plus is releasing the Gigantic Series Godzilla 2019 Blue Clear Version, a new color of the figure released in 2019. This figure stands 47cm tall (53cm to tip of the tail), 97cm in length (head to tail), and 34cm wide, it is clear blue vinyl with paint apps over it and silver paint internally, and it retails for 93,500 yen. It is available for pre-order from X-Plus and Bandai, with release scheduled for Feb 2023.

X-Plus has announced the Large Monster Series King Ghidorah 2019 and Favorite Sculptors Line Real Master Collection Plus Godzilla 1964. Ghidorah has been highly anticipated since it was announced, it stands 39cm tall and is 66cm wide, the Ric version features light up eyes and necks, the Ric will retail for 77,000 yen and standard for 70,000 yen. It is available for pre-order on the Ric site (Japanese only at this point), with the standard on general retailer sites, with release scheduled for Nov 2022. The 1964 RMC+ resin figure is the same sculpt as the vinyl figure released in 2019 based on an Inoue Arts kit, it stands 31cm tall and is 35cm in length, it features light up fins, battery base, and will retail for 34,650 yen. This is a Ric exclusive currently only on the Japanese site (but will be on the US one later), it is scheduled for release Oct 2022.
