X-Plus is releasing the Ultraman A-Type Specium Ray Pose Luminous Version to celebrate Ultraman's 55th Anniversary. This figure is the same sculpt from 2010 (Large Monster Series Ultraman (A Type) Reborn), it stands 23cm tall, has a pedestal with battery base to light the eyes and color timer, and it retails for 14,300 yen. It can be pre-ordered now from X-Plus with release scheduled for Jan 2022.

Picked this one up. Was wanting to get an Ultra figure in the collection as he was my intro to Kaiju as a kid in the early 70s. This one is a perfect pose to represent.
