It comes with extra hands, Ultra Cross, Ultra Lance, Ultra Spark, Ultra Bracelet, Spectium Ray Effect, Ultrash Slash Effect, and replacement color timer. It will retail for 5,940 yen (approx $53 US) and will be available for pre-order from retailers like AmiAmi, Hobby Search, and others with release scheduled for April 2018.
