X-Plus is releasing the Toho 30cm Series Yuji Sakai Modeling Collection Godzilla 1991 Shinjuku Version Soft Vinyl Assembly Kit as a Winter Wonder Fest Exclusive. The kit features black and clear vinyl,will be a pre-order at the show will a lottery on the Ric site afterwards with 100 pieces will be available for each, and it will retail for 14,000 yen.
