X-Plus is releasing the Toho 30cm Series Yuji Sakai Modeling Collection Godzilla 1991 "Gido Godzilla Hokkaido Version" Soft Vinyl Assembly Kit as a lottery figure as part of Web Wonder Festival 2021 (the replacement for Winter Wonder Festival). You can enter the lottery from Feb 5th to Feb 17th, the kit features clear and black parts, it is limited to 200, and it will retail for 10,000 yen. The figure ships on Feb 25th.
Also announced was the third X-Plus online event that will happen March 2021, similar to the Spring and Summer Kaiju Festivals.
