Medicom is releasing the Godzilla Vinyl Wars EX MechaGodzilla '74 Sofubi Figure, this figure is different then previous released versions. It's 23cm tall (approx 9 inches), and it will retail for 6,480 yen (approx $65 US). It will be available for pre-order through Medicom's website here, and will be released in Dec 2016.

Caravan is releasing Godzilla merchandise as the Shin Godzilla marketing bandwagon continues, the new items are t-shirts, mugs, phone cases, and phone wallet. The Sumi T-shirts feature a ink splatter effect, come in three styles, two Shin Godzilla and one Godzilla Vs Evangelion, and come in four sizes (S, M, L, XL). They will retail for 5,940 yen (approx $60 US). The HASAMI mugs (Original ceramic mug made with the Hasami technique, which originated in Hasami City (Nagasaki prefecture) and has a history of about 400 years. The distinctive octagonal shape makes it easy to stack.) come in two styles, and will retail for 3,240 yen (approx $32 US). The phone cases feature a 3-D effect with raised features, are for iPhone 6, come in two styles, and will retail for 3,980 yen (approx $39 US). The leather phone wallet features an embossed design , with 14 pockets and zipper closure, is 100 mm x 195 mm in size, and will retail for 15,984 yen (approx $159 US). All should be released mid Sept 2016 from AmiAmi and other retailers.

Hazawa Gumi is releasing an Exclusive G Memories Godzilla '54 at the Large Godzilla Special Effects Exhibition in Yokohama. This vinyl figure features a brown color scheme (with gold and silver highlights), is 18cm tall, and will be limited in number (exactly how many seems to be up in the air per their site). It will retail for 5,000 yen (approx $50 US).

CCP has teased at there new Godzilla figures now they revealed the first two figures Godzilla '54, and Godzilla '64 with Mothra Larva. These figures are done in the "sofubi" style with more to come (11 total). There's not to much info on these figures yet but they should be up for pre-order soon. More info as we get it.

Marusan is continuing their 50th Anniversary celebration with there August reveals which include, Godzilla '66 with tower, Gold Godzilla B/O with tower, Ebirah '66, and Baragon. Godilla '66 is a dark blue color, is 22cm tall with the tower being the same height, and with retail for 10,800 yen. Gold Godzilla B/O is made to look like the old tin toys with wheels on it, it's 30cm tall with the tower being approx 22cm, and will retail for 25,920. Ebirah '66 has a blue and red color scheme, is 22cm, and retails for 7,560 yen. Baragon has a blue and red color scheme also, is 30cm tall, and will retail for 17,280 yen. All will be able to be pre-ordered soon with release being Nov 2016 from Marusan and other retailers.

Update: release dates added. Diamond has official announced that their next US releases of X-Plus Godzilla figures will be Godzilla 2014, and Yuji Sakai GMK Godzilla 2001. They will retail for $180 and $230 respectively. The Yuji Sakai will be released May 2017 and the 2014 will be released in June 2017. They will be available from comic shops and collectible shops like Flossie's. Thanks to John from Kaiju Addicts for this info.

Fujimi released Godzilla and a Mazer Tank back in March now they have shown two more kits, Kiryu and King Ghidorah. These are "deformed" kits which will be in color when released. Tentative release is Oct 2016 and they will retail for 2,600 yen (approx $25 US). Hopefully we will get the color pics soon.

Early on two figures were listed but not revealed for Shin Godzilla, Bandai Movie Monsters Series Shin Godzilla Kaiju "A" & "B" Figures,
many assumed they were other monsters in the film or other forms of Godzilla. We now know they are other forms, above and below are those figures both from Bandai. We believe the one below is "A" and above is "B", A is 95mm tall and 310 mm long, and B is 130mm tall and 330mm long (6 inch scale). Both will retail for approx $17 US and should be released sometime this month.
Update: these are now being referred to as 2nd and 3rd forms instead of A and B.

Bandai Premium posted pics and info on the Godzilla Vs. Evangelion Toho 30cm Series Evangelion First Unit "G" Awaking figure that was revealed at Wonder Festival this past weekend. This figure is made by X-Plus and sold through Bandai but may be available from X-Plus as well. It's a combo of the Godzilla and Evangelion characters, sort of an amalgam, it looks pretty awesome except for the feet (they kind of remind me of clown shoes, sorry). There was a second figure shown at Wonder Festival but no word if or when that one will be released. This figure stands 38cm tall and 36cm in width, preoreders start now with release in Jan 2017. It will retail for 32,400 yen (approx $309 US) and is available from the Bandai site here.

Via Steven's Toy Reviews there was a reveal of Godzilla Vs Evangelion crossover figures, combining both characters.
It is unsure who is making these, possible X-Plus or where they were from (Wonder Festival?), but they are 30cm scale.
There were two shown a standing and a crawling versions. The standing one was painted and actually looks pretty cool.
