Medicom is releasing the Godzilla Vinyl Wars EX Godzilla '95 Roaring version, this figure stands 23cm tall (approx 9 inches). It will retail for 6480 yen (approx $60 US), it can be pre-ordered now from Medicom, other retailers like AmiAmi, or Mike Johnson, and will be released in Dec 2017.
Update: this figure will be sold as a Previews Exclusive, it will retail for $99.99 and be released in May 2018.
