Marusan is releasing a number of figures April/May 2018 the include Godzilla '71 Red/Bronze, King Joe 50th Anniversary, Eleking '70's Color, Grand King & Dokkun set, and what looks to be multiple Mechagodzillas. Godzilla '71 is 23cm tall and retails for 10,800 yen, King Joe & Eleking both stand 28cm tall and retail for 17,280 yen. Grand King stands 23cm and Dokkun stands 9cm, the set retails for 10,800 yen. Mechagodzilla (shown as a prototype above) will be 30cm tall and retail for 12,960 yen, it seems from the description to come in three version(?), a beige version, a luminescent version, and a secret version. More info on these as we get it. Also of note it appears that Mechagodzilla is a new version, not a re-release of an old figure.

Fujimi has released a Kiryu model kit previously now they are releasing a new version the Chibimaru Mechagodzilla/Kiryu Heavy Arms Type. This kit looks to be basically the same as the previous one with the addition of the backpack and arm weapons. The kit is molded in color, snap together assembly, and includes decals. It will retail for 4,298 yen (approx $39 US), and can be pre-ordered now from AmiAmi and other retailers with release in April 2018.

Last year at this time Toho and Hunter Confectionery announced Godzilla Chocolates in a number of varieties, and now they are back with a few more to choose from. There  are 9 different styles with each coming in collectible packages. These chocolates will be available a select locations (listed below) and the Godzilla Store, and will be sold starting Jan 19 till Feb 14 2017. Below is a list of types and prices. Bandai is releasing new Gashapon HG Godzilla capsule figures, Godzilla 2017 (Anime), Shin Godzilla 4th form, Burning Godzilla 1995 in two versions, regular burning version and a clear orange version. All figures are approx just under 4 inches, each will retail for 300 yen (from vending machines), and should be available end of Jan 2018.

Marusan is offering two Hedorah exclusives at Super Festival 76, both featuring luminous bodies. One has a blue luminous body (above left, reversed in top pic), the other pink (above right, reversed in top pic), both are painted in a red paint scheme over the body having a shiny finish. Both are 24cm tall (approx 9.5 inches), and retail for 10,800 yen (approx $96 US). Both are limited.

X-Plus is releasing the DefoReal Godzilla '54 Train Biter figure, a deformed style version. The figure which was shown at a number of shows stands 13cm tall (just over 5 inches) and is 18cm in length (just over 7 inches), and retails for 6,480 yen (approx $57 US). It can be pre-ordered now from AmiAmi, Hobby Search, and other retailers with release in March 2018.
Update: the Ric site has been updated with new info on the Ric Exclusive, it features glow-in-the-dark fins (bottom pic). There are no other differences between the regular version and the Ric, price and release date are the same.

X-Plus has announced their Gigantic Series Godzilla '64 Ric Version officially, this figure has been shown at a number of shows before now. This figure stands 47cm tall (approx 19 inches) and is 48cm in length, both versions will retail for 43,200 yen (approx $381 US). The Ric version features clear blue fins and a replacement posed open lower jaw (besides a closed posed jaw), standard version does not have the clear blue fins and comes only with the open posed mouth. It can be pre-ordered now from X-Plus (Ric version) or other retailers (standard) with release in March 2018.

GILD Design is releasing two Godzilla business card holders, a Shin Godzilla and Godzilla: Monster Planet. These high end card holders are duralumin and steel, are laser etched, and feature a mechanism for smooth removal of the cards. The Shin Godzilla is black and red in color, the Monster Planet blue and silver, each are 62mm wide x 110mm long x 9mm deep. They will retail for for 13,824 yen (approx $123 US) and can be pre-ordered from the Bandai Premium website with release in Feb 2018.

Tamashii had announced that for their Tamashii Nations 10th Anniversary (Tokyo) they would be making 10 announcements, one of those was a Godzilla one. Well now we know what that announcement is the S.H. MonsterArts Shin Godzilla Kou Kyou Kyouku figure. Like the previous figure in that line this figure features light, sound, and music, it may be the light up part that will stand out. It will apparently feature a color changing effect, changing from red to purple. No other details have been revealed yet and we will update once we get more info, thanks to Dengeki Hobby for this info.

Also announced is that there will be a Tamashii Nations standalone store in Tokyo in Akihabara in May 2019 that will sell various items including limited items (rendering below).
