 Gamera Rebirth got a number of new news, first is the teaser trailer while short it does look cool. The next piece of news is Anime Japan 2023, Gamera Rebirth will be featured on the main stage (March 25, 2023 (Sat) 15:20-15:50 @BLUE STAGE) as well as being exhibited at the Kadokawa booth, more info including the voice actors will be announced. It was also announced it will be 6 episodes, and will feature 5 kaiju including the first reveal of Gyaos. Kazunori Ito commented "I have high hopes that Reiwa's Gamera will be rebooted, which is different from Showa's Gamera and Heisei's Gamera. Why are Gamera's eyes green? In Western cultures, the "green eye" is a symbol of what is not very good. I am looking forward to the day when the whole picture of the work will be completed, including that area."
