X-Plus is releasing two Ultra Kaiju, Star Bem Gyeron and Plooma. Star Bem Gyeron is the Night Time Version featuring a darker paint scheme as well as different wings. It stands 23cm tall (approx 9 inches) and will retail for 12,960 yen (approx $115 US). Plooma stands 25cm tall (approx 10 inches), and will retail for 15,552 yen (approx $138 US). Both figures will be released May and can be pre-ordered from X-Plus.

CCP is releasing the 1/6 Tokusatsu Series Ultraman Orb and Darii figures. There are two versions of each figure one with a light-up gimmick and one without. Ultraman Orb is 30cm tall, Darii is 30cm in length (approx 12 inches). Ultraman Orb will retail for 16,800 yen with the light-up gimmick 13,800 without (approx $150/$122), Darii is 18,300 yen with light-up and 16,800 without (approx $162/$150). Both can be pre-ordered now with release in Oct 2017.

Tamashii is releasing the S.H. FigureArts Gomora figure, it features multiple points of articulation and has replacement tail parts (stub tail). It stands 16cm tall (just over 6 inches), and will retail for 8,964 yen (approx $79 US). It is available for pre-order March 1st with release July 2017 from the Tamashii Web Shop and other retailers.

X-Plus and Bandai Premium are releasing the Large Monster Series Ultra New Generation Ultraman Zero Fighting Pose Figure. This figure features a light up gimmick for eyes and chest piece, stands 25cm tall, and comes with a base and stand (w/battery pack). It is available for pre-ordered with release in May 2017 from both the X-Plus Ric site and Bandai Premium web shop.

X-Plus in releasing the Real Master Collection Ultra Seven figure. This resin figure (statue) features a light-up gimmick for the Ric version, and stands 28cm tall (with base). It retails for 19,980 yen (approx $173 US), pre-orders start now with release in March/April 2017.

Aquamarine is releasing their second Ultraman bust, the Ultraman Suit Version 7.2 Bust. Based on the Ultraman manga this bust is 27cm tall (approx 11inches), and features light-up eyes and head piece. It will retail for 17,064 yen (approx $152 US) and will be released in May 2017. It can be pre-ordered now from AmiAmi and other retailers.

X-Plus made a few new reveals on their site including Large Moster Series Ultra Kaiju Nokogilin. This figure is 24cm tall and will retail for 15,552 yen (approx $138 US). It is available for pre-order with release in April 2017. Updated with full color images.

CCP is releasing the 1/6 Scale Tokusatsu Series Vol.073 Giradorus, this Ultra Kaiju figure is 45cm in length (approx 18 inches) and will retail for 18,800 yen (approx $164 US). As with many CCP vinyls there maybe a second version (light up, etc. more info when we get it on that), and it's scheduled for release in Sept 2017 from AmiAmi and other retailers.

Bandai Namco Entertainment Co., Ltd. and Tanaka Kikinzoku Jewelry Co., Ltd. are releasing very limited pure gold collectibles to celebrate Ultraman's 50th Anniversary. There are three items a single Pure Gold Ultraman Bust, a limited Pure Gold Ultraman Broadcast Commemorative Plate, and a limited Pure Gold Ultraman Commemoration Set. These are expensive collectibles not for the casual collector. The bust is over a foot tall with a matte finish except eyes and chest piece that have a gloss finish (it is unclear if it comes with the base). This bust will be sold for 110,000,000 yen (nearly $1 million US), and be sold by the Tanaka Kikinzoku Jewelry Co.. The Plate and Commemoration Set are limited to 50 pieces and are 540,000 yen (approx $4800 US) and 1,080,000 yen (approx $9600 US) respectively. Both will be sold from Bandai's LaLaBit Market and come with a serial number certificate. They will be on display at on the third floor of GINZA TANAKA Ginza main store from Jan 26 - 31.
