Tamashii is releasing the S.H. FigureArts Gomora figure, it features multiple points of articulation and has replacement tail parts (stub tail). It stands 16cm tall (just over 6 inches), and will retail for 8,964 yen (approx $79 US). It is available for pre-order March 1st with release July 2017 from the Tamashii Web Shop and other retailers.

X-Plus and Bandai Premium are releasing the Large Monster Series Ultra New Generation Ultraman Zero Fighting Pose Figure. This figure features a light up gimmick for eyes and chest piece, stands 25cm tall, and comes with a base and stand (w/battery pack). It is available for pre-ordered with release in May 2017 from both the X-Plus Ric site and Bandai Premium web shop.

Bandai Namco Entertainment Co., Ltd. and Tanaka Kikinzoku Jewelry Co., Ltd. are releasing very limited pure gold collectibles to celebrate Ultraman's 50th Anniversary. There are three items a single Pure Gold Ultraman Bust, a limited Pure Gold Ultraman Broadcast Commemorative Plate, and a limited Pure Gold Ultraman Commemoration Set. These are expensive collectibles not for the casual collector. The bust is over a foot tall with a matte finish except eyes and chest piece that have a gloss finish (it is unclear if it comes with the base). This bust will be sold for 110,000,000 yen (nearly $1 million US), and be sold by the Tanaka Kikinzoku Jewelry Co.. The Plate and Commemoration Set are limited to 50 pieces and are 540,000 yen (approx $4800 US) and 1,080,000 yen (approx $9600 US) respectively. Both will be sold from Bandai's LaLaBit Market and come with a serial number certificate. They will be on display at on the third floor of GINZA TANAKA Ginza main store from Jan 26 - 31. Pre-orders start now for the set and plate.

S.H. FigureArts is releasing King Joe from Ultra Seven. This figure stands 16cm tall (approx 6.25 inches), features multiple point of articulation, and will retail for 7,560 yen (approx $67 US). It is scheduled to be released June 2017 and should be available from multiple retailers.

Bandai Gashapon is releasing the Ultimate Luminous Premium Ultraman Set One, it includes Ultraman Orb and Ultraman Gaia (V2). Both feature a light-up gimmick like previous releases but these are being sold as a set instead of as individual figures. Ultraman Orb is 136mm tall and Ultraman Gaia is 121mm (approx 5 inches) and will retail for 3,580 yen (approx $30 US). They are available for pre-order now from the Bandai site with release in April 2017.

Bandai's Gashapon line is releasing the second series of Ultraman Ultimate Luminous capsule toys, this series feature Ultra Seven and Ultraman Dyna as well and a building. All three have a light-up feature (left and right pics) and more than one building can be stacked on top of each other (bottom pic). The Ultras are 12cm tall (approx 5 inches) the building is approx half as tall. They retail for 500 yen (approx $4.30) and should be released soon. The first series featured Ultraman B and Ultraman Tiga, as well as the same building.

Bandai is releasing the Ultra Seven & Ultraman Zero 50th Special Set & Ultraman Belial Figure. The set features the father and son team of Ultra Seven and Ultraman Zero, Ultra Seven comes with a cape, both figures are 17cm tall (approx 7 inches) and will retail for 3500 yen (approx $30 US). Ultraman Belial, who appeared in Ultraman Orb as a symbol of the power of darkness with its power, is a Ultra Big Soft vinyl, it's 23cm tall (9 inches) and will retail for 2000 yen (approx $17 US). The figures will be released in Jan 2017 from Bandai and other retailers.

Bandai is releasing the X-Plus Ultra New Generation Ultraman Mebius Emission Version. This figure features light up eyes and chest piece via a base, it is 24cm tall (approx 9 1/2 inches), and will retail for 12,960 yen (approx $123 US). The figure is available fro pre-order now and will be released in March 2017, it can be ordered from the Bandai Premium website.

Bandai is three models from Ultraman Ultra Hawk 2, Ultra Hawk 3 (bottom left), and Pointer car (bottom right). All three are small scale approx 5 inches, easy to assemble models, that feature stickers to detail them and a stand. All will retail for 540 yen (approx $5.25 US). Ultra Hawk 2 will release in Jan 2017, the Pointer car in Feb 2017, and Ultra Hawk 3 in March 2017 from Bandai and other retailers.
