The set photo below posted by Dan Mindel, a cinematographer, shows a cast list that includes Rinko Kikuchi (Mako Mori), Charles Day and Burn Gorman (Newt and Gottlieb), and there is other new name there as well, Karl Urban. This is great news, if true, to have some of the original cast back and another big name like Urban.
Pacific Rim: Uprising is directed by Steven S. DeKnight and scheduled to hit theaters Feb 23, 2018
