Acro is releasing the Kaiju Doom Battle of the Demon Gods! Flying Demon figure. This figure is approx. 30m tall, approx. 40cm wide, approx. 33cm in length, it is created by David Igo, with the design, and prototype by Paul Komoda, and it retails for 48,000 yen. It can be pre-ordered from Acro, and Spiral Studio starting Nov 1st with release scheduled for May 2026.

Arco is releasing the Kaiju Remix Series James Groman Gill Beast Namazu Exclusive Version figure, a designer version of the classic beast. This version features a different color scheme, it is 30cm tall, and retails for 25,300 yen. It can be pre-ordered now from select retailers like Mamegyorai with release scheduled for Oct 2025.
This version features paint by Kotaro Ogata using his "One Point Light Ogata Painting" technique. A light source is set to draw shadows, and colorful accent colors are sprinkled on top, creating a special item painted in 3D using painting techniques.

Acro is releasing the Capcom Figure Builder Soft Vinyl Model Lagiacrus figure, from Monster Hunter. This figure is sculpted by RYO as part of a new series, it stands 18cm tall, 14cm wide, and 22cm deep, and it retails for 6,578 yen. It can be pre-ordered from Capcom now with release scheduled for March 2026, this figure can be shipped to the US through WorldShopping.

"I was just a kid when I first saw the great 1954 film "Creature from the Black Lagoon" (an anaglyph 3D film!) at my local cinema.
For weeks after watching the film, the images stayed in my head and I was dying to talk to someone about it. I was fascinated by the design and shape of the Creature from the Black Lagoon and its rubber suit. Years passed and I had the opportunity to create a sea creature inspired by "Creature from the Black Lagoon". At the time, my career in toy design was starting to be recognized and I was able to spend time creating my own Gill Beast. I showed the finished work to various companies and was excited to see ACRO, a company that sells soft vinyl products in Japan, show great interest. I have been familiar with ACRO's amazing lineup of remixed ultra monsters (Kaiju Remix Series). The title of this work is "Namazu", the Lord of the Deep Sea, which is a legendary creature in various parts of Japan, and is said to cause earthquakes and tsunamis. In folklore, the giant catfish is feared by people as a very ferocious and terrifying beast...but finally, the true form of "Gill Beast: Namazu" is revealed!" James Groman.

Acro has announced the first two figures in the new Kaiju Doom Battle Of The Demon Gods series, Lizard Demon and Turtle Demon (hmmm could these be a hint at a couple of known kaiju). Both vinyl figures are concept designed by David Igo, with figure designs by Paul Komoda, Lizard Demon is 22cm tall, 23cm wide, and 20cm deep, Turtle Demon is 18.5cm tall, 21cm wide, and 17cm deep, Lizard Demon retails for 22,000 yen and Turtle Demon is 14,000 yen, both will be release Feb 2024. They can be pre-ordered now from multiple retails (some with bundles of both) like AmiAmi.
