H.O.P. Toys has announced their Kickstarter for the Officially Licensed Robot Monster: Ro-Man 13" Vinyl Figure, check out the details below and back this awesome campaign here.

About
H.O.P. Toys is bringing fans and collectors of retro sci-fi memorabilia a new line of 12" vinyl figures from iconic films of the way way back when stop motion, strings, hand puppets, and bubbles were state of the art special effects and films were better for it. We plan on producing four Alien themed figures for Series 1, with the second being...Ro-Man from Robot Monster.

Robot Monster tells the story of the alien robot Ro-Man's mission to Earth to destroy humanity. He manages to kill all but eight survivors, who have become immune to his Death Ray. Ro-Man runs afoul of the Great Guidance, his leader, when he becomes attracted to the human Alice. She is the eldest daughter of a surviving scientist, and he refuses to harm her. The Great Guidance must now come to Earth and finish what the Moon robot started......

Our 12" vinyl figure will pay homage to these wonderful designs of the past with a screen accurate paint scheme, and basic articulation like one would find with toys of that era. We are working closely with Wade Williams of The Wade Williams Collection to make sure these officially licensed figures are up to the most discerning fans standards!

We have already partnered with a vinyl toy manufacturer and have already initiated the prototype process as well as cast in-house prototypes. Our figure was modeled by our extremely talented digital sculpture artist to capture every detail of the character.

We've also worked with The Olive Knight of Skiderhouse to bring you some incredibly cool sticker designs we think you'll love.

Our goal of $16,000 will cover all production and shipping costs to make this Officially Licensed project a reality and provide a stepping stone toward future projects and products for the H.O.P.Toys brand. We love toys, we love sci-fi, and we hope you all love these things as much as we do. Help us grow and bring these fantastic figures home to your collection.

Our Ro-Man soft vinyl figure will stand a whopping 13" Tall and will feature articulation at the shoulders. The figure will come bagged in a clear poly bag with a stapled header card, and we have some amazing art from The Olive Knight of Skiderhouse that will be used to create them. If you have one of our Saucermen figures, you should know exactly what to expect!

We will have 4 Initial offerings for figures -

- The first will be much like the Prototype Pictured below and we are calling it the "Standard Original Color Scheme" edition.

- Secondly, we have a Kickstarter exclusive figure which will come with an additional interchangeable helmet featuring the skull face from the original poster. We are calling this one the "Poster" edition.

- Next, is a Kickstarter exclusive glow in the dark variant. This version features the original helmet and a yet to be determined glow color. We are also offering the glow with a second Glow skull helmet! These are called the "Glow" And "Glow Poster" editions.

- Lastly, we have once again partnered with James Osborne of Vinyl Kaiju legion to paint a small number of figures in an exclusive, surprise color! We were thrilled with what he came up with for our Saucerman campaign, and can't wait to see what he come up with this time.

Prime 1 Studio Legacy Museum Collection Jurassic Park T-REX VS Velociraptors In The Rotunda 1/8 Scale Statue
Descriptions
“T-Rex doesn’t want to be fed, he wants to hunt.”

Prime 1 Studio is proud to present the 1/8 Scale LMCJP-07: T-Rex VS Velociraptors in the Rotunda Diorama from Jurassic Park Film.
Tyrannosaurus-Rex is the largest carnivore living on Isla Nublar and, as such, grew into a fearless, bold, and domineering beast who walks the line between heroine and villainess. She is a female Tyrannosaurus, largely motivated by two goals: keep intruders off her territory and eat any pry she finds there. She is known for participating in several incidents and for saving the major human participants involved in these incidents from other dangerous creatures, although inadvertently. This makes her role something of an anti-hero in the films.
The diorama is based on a famous scene called Tyrannosaurus-Rex Rescue, named after the title of its background music. This scene became an icon of the Jurassic Park franchise. It takes place in Jurassic Park (1993) Film and is the last scene of the movie.
We did our best to capture this epic scene and made it into diorama. The Velociraptor clawing and biting at T-rex’s neck, The Big One’s corpses lying on the ground, decorative skeleton’s parts scattered all over the place all those little details help to make it real. You can even decorate the statue with a banner that falls in front of her in the last scene while she roars as the sign of victory.
This is a must-have piece for all Jurassic Park franchises fans.

Specifications:
Size approximately 26 inches tall [H: 64.6cm W: 74.9cm D: 77.4cm Max width: 75.8cm]
One (1) designed theme base
LED light-up function on base

Announcing the Jurassic Park OneSixth Dr. Alan Grant and Velociraptor figures from Chronicle Collectibles. These figures can be purchased separately or together as a set, check out the details below.

“Dinosaurs and man, two species separated by 65 million years of evolution have just been suddenly thrown back into the mix together. How can we possibly have the slightest idea what to expect?”

Noted scientist Dr. Alan Grant stands at the pinnacle of the paleontological world. He’s a dying breed, his love of the hunt defined by the trowel at his belt and his ever-present six-inch Velociraptor claw. For Grant, the journey is as fundamental as the destination, and knowledge gained without getting your hands dirty is missing one crucial element: Fun. He has a craving for wonder, and little patience for technology.

Grant also lacks patience for fundraising. He’s a digger. Time spent groveling for money is time better spent in the field. So when noted theme park mogul John Hammond offers to fully fund Grant’s project for three years in exchange for a few days of Grant’s time, it’s hard to say no.

Thus, Grant’s adventure begins, and the wonder induced by Hammond’s actual, live dinosaurs leads to speculation of the dangers inherent in rushing madly into such an endeavor. Which, in turn, descends into horror, as speculation becomes grim, deadly reality. And Grant soon learns that a lifetime studying the lives of dinosaurs is not the same as learning to survive them.

Chronicle Collectibles is thrilled to bring to Jurassic Park fans worldwide our OneSixth posable figure of Dr. Alan Grant. Featuring a fully-articulated body, the figure includes a fine assortment of accessories, including a pair of gloved hands holding a baby raptor, a hand holding a flare, and two swappable portraits in the likeness of actor Sam Neill.  Adorned with a custom-tailored reconstruction of Grant’s costume from the original film, this figure will allow Jurassic Park fans the freedom to recreate their own vision of Dr. Grant to idealize the figure’s presence on desk or shelf. For fans who choose to order direct from Chronic Collectibles, they will receive a Chronicle Exclusive swap-out hand holding a raptor claw. Quantities are limited, so reserve yours today!

“You stare at him, and he just stares right back.  And that’s when the attack comes.  Not from the front, but from the side…from the other two raptors you didn’t even know were there.”

With that bone-chilling description of a long-extinct reptilian terror, Dr. Alan Grant foreshadowed the horror that would all-too-soon dominate his life.  That tale presaged a cascading sequence of sounds and revelations, each in turn dialing up the level of dread until, at last, that lightning-fast alpha predator is revealed:  The Velociraptor, the supreme pack hunter of Jurassic Park.

While the T. rex was the superficial king of Jurassic Park, the Velociraptors arguably stole the show, especially in terms of skin-crawling fear.  Their calculating eyes, coupled with their speed and ability to make astonishing leaps, made for a far deadlier encounter for young Lex and Tim as the raptors stalked the two children through the compound’s kitchen.

Chronicle Collectibles is thrilled to present to collectors the OneSixth Velociraptor Articulated Figure.  Standing at 25 inches in overall length and 12” in height, our raptor features 12 points of articulation and comes complete with three sets of hands – one with relaxed hands, one neutral position and the others outstretched for an attack.

Discerning collectors who purchase directly from Chronicle Collectibles will enjoy a bonus accessory: the Raptor handler’s stun baton and hard hat. Quantities are limited, so reserve yours today.

We have paired our OneSixth Dr. Alan Grant and OneSixth Velociraptor into a Chronicle Exclusive bundle that includes Grant's Raptor Claw hand and the Velociraptor's stun baton and hard hat.

Beasts of the Mesozoic: Ceratopsians- a line of scientifically accurate dinosaur action figures with elaborate detail and articulation.
About
Dinosaurs have captivated us for generations and were one of our first loves as children. We all know of them, people love them all around the world, and yet these majestic creatures of prehistory are sorely underrepresented in the collectibles industry, most notably, as action figures. In 2016, the Beasts of the Mesozoic: Raptor Series Kickstarter campaign offered finely detailed, scientifically-accurate, highly poseable  dinosaur action figures, and with over 2,600 backers, the response well exceeded expectations. Now the time has come to follow up the Raptors with the next phase in the dinosaur toy revolution. It's time to celebrate and explore, the Ceratopsians!

Welcome to the world of Beasts of the Mesozoic
The Beasts of the Mesozoic: Ceratopsian Series picks up where the Raptor Series left off, with a focus on scientific accuracy, detail, functionality, and imagination! With this second series, the Beasts of the Mesozoic line strives to improve upon all of these qualities while adding more diversity of dinosaur species and larger, more varied figures thus recreating a  time in which wildlife flourished in ways we humans have never witnessed. Some species offered here will be very familiar while others present new opportunities for discovery, much like when we first learned of these amazing creatures in our formative years. Join me while we revisit old favorites and possibly find some new favorites as well.

A little about Creative Beast Studio
Creative Beast Studio is a sole-proprietorship owned by David Silva, a designer/ sculptor in the toys and collectibles industry since 2003. David has worked for companies such as McFarlane Toys (Dragons, Spawn), Hasbro (Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Marvel), and NECA (Predator, Godzilla, Pacific Rim, Aliens). David has run Creative Beast Studio in addition to full-time employment in the toy industry since  Fall of 2009.  With an initial focus on dinosaur model kits, the Beasts of the Mesozoic: Raptor Series Kickstarter in 2016 has helped grow the company's audience exponentially and the focus is now to seek the potential for wildlife-based action figures, for which collectors have very few options.

A 'Thank You' The Beasts of the Mesozoic: Ceratopsians Team
Before we get to the goods, I'd like to give a very appreciative acknowledgement to all of the talented artists who contributed to this project with me. If not for them, this campaign wouldn't be possible.

Gecco has announced the first in a new series of statues, Dinomation The Retro Style (Dinosaur and Stop Motion Animation). These statue are meant to look like classic dinosaurs from old films and not modern style (like Jurassic Park). Check out the details below from Gecco and pre-order here from Gecco or from other retailers (listed below).

Since their discovery Dinosaurs have been portrayed in many different ways.
With every new discovery and artist imagination, the look of the dinosaurs changed. Extensive research and new evidence have locked down the anatomy of certain dinosaur species.
In this statue series, we capture the Dinosaurs in a retro style rather than an academic approach. Something that might appear in classic stop motion animation films.

The series title, Dinomation, comes from combining the words "Dinosaur" and "Stop Motion Animation." RYO the sculptor, painter and creator of this series, captures a moment of dynamic movement with the Dinosaur frozen in time, cut from a film frame of an imaginary yet familiar fantasy film.
He captures the wildness and vitality of the creature through his traditional clay sculpt.
The world’s most famous dinosaur "Tyrannosaurus Rex" marks the start of the series.
The base is inspired by the deserted landscape in North America, where they are said to have lived in the Cretaceous period.

"Spinosaurus" is lined up as the second release of the series.
