Medicom is releasing the Godzilla Vinyl Wars Destoroyah 2nd Version lottery figure. This Anraku Ansaku lottery figure stands 22cm tall, and retails for 22,000 yen. The lottery starts October 24, 2026 00:00 to November 10, 2026 23:59 (Japan time), winners will be announced November 20th with release March 2027. Note this is a Japan only lottery.

X-Plus is releasing the 30cm Series Gigan 1972 Fierce Battle Color Version figure, which features the same sculpt from 2009. This figure stands 30cm tall and is 31cm in length, it features light up visor (eye), and it retails for 29,700 yen. It can be pre-ordered from X-Plus and the Godzilla Store with release scheduled for January 2027. Update, this figure is now up on the X-Plus NA website for $259.99 with release scheduled for March 2027.

Plex is releasing the Retro Soft Vinyl Evangelion Unit-01 "G" Awakened Form figure. This deformed style figure is designed by Kaiju One, it stands 26cm tall, it features some articulation, and retails for 38,500 yen. Pre-orders start October 29th via the P-Garage online shop with release scheduled for July 2027. Update this will also be available from Graveyard Gallery as well on October 29th.

CCP is releasing the Middle Size Series Godzilla EX Vol. 25 figures, this volume features the first Gorosaurus figures. The figures are Gorosaurus Standard Version, Gorosaurus Retro Green Version, Mechagodzilla 1974 Twilight Version, and Chimney Hedorah Twilight Version, Gorosaurus is 12cm tall, Mechagodzilla are 13cm tall, and Hedorah is 9cm tall, and retail price is 5,280 yen. Pre-orders should be available soon from multiple retailers with release scheduled for April 2027. 

Acro is releasing the Kaiju Remix Series King Ghidorah figure by James Groman. This figure stands approx. 40cm tall (15.75 inches), it features webbing from Mothra and Kumonga, bite marks from Anguirus, feet marks from Gorosaurus' kick, tail wound, and it retails for approx. $348 US. It is available for pre-order from Acro, Sideshow, and other retailers soon with release scheduled for May 2027.

"I remember one of our local TV stations in Cleveland showing the 1964 film: Ghidorah: The 3 Headed Monster at midnight Saturday evening at a time when I was too young to be aloud to stay up and watch it. The title alone was enough to get my young mind racing, because I had no idea what the 3 headed Kaiju looked like at the time. It was not until years later I was able to see the amazing three headed space dragon in a totally different film, entitled Destroy all Monsters.

More than likely, most of you reading this are giant monster fans, so you will remember this film being the absolute embodiment of any monster kids ultimate fantasy brought to life. A film populated by almost the entire roster of Toho Studios extensive rogues gallery of imaginative Kaiju. The end battle between the entire monster cast and the golden space dragon himself was the films incredible high point, as each one of the heroic Kaiju take turns biting, kicking, stomping, and beating on the multi-headed monster in defense of the planet until he is just a scaled heap on the forest floor.

Surprisingly, having worked in the Toy and Collectables industry for over 40 years, I haven’t had the opportunity to design or sculpt more of the great Toho monsters. Though I’ve done sketches of Rodan, Angirus, Mothra and even Gargantuas, the only Toho Studios kaiju I’ve ever sculpted is Godzilla. So when Kaz and I were talking about what Toho Studio beastie I would tackle next, I was so excited to hear his choice was none other than the fantastic King Ghidorah, the 3 Headed Monster.

The classic 1968 Showa version of King Ghidorah has always my favorite version of the monster, with his big baggy folds of flesh and disheveled scales sticking out every which way. And since I am known for filling my designs and sculptures with lots of fun storytelling “Easter egg” style details, we decided to revisit that big bad Kaiju brawl at the climax of Destroy all Monsters and add little bits of battle damage that harken back to some of the other monsters individual attacks on the villainous beast. Being able to play around with the proportions of the character and exaggerate his anatomy, scale work and facial expressions on the 3 heads along with other details was so creatively satisfying.

Kaz and I hope you love our creative take on one of the Toho Studios most fabulously memorable movie monsters. I hope to get to tackle some other of the studios monstrous creations at a future date. Stay tuned!" - James Groman

X-Plus is releasing the Toho Maniacs Godzilla Tower Renewal Version figure, this version features a more bluish hue to Godzilla from the 2023 version. This figure stands 17cm tall and is 18cm in length, and retails for 9,900 yen. It can be pre-ordered from X-Plus and the Godzilla Store, with release scheduled for January 2027. This is now on the X-Plus NA website for $99.99 with release scheduled for March 2027.

CCP has announced the Big Retro Soft Vinyl Hedorah figures. There are two versions Hedorah Standard Version, and Hedorah Psychedelic Clear Version, they are 25cm tall, they retail for 20,900 yen, and are scheduled to be released February 2027. Pre-orders should be available soon from multiple retailers.

X-Plus is releasing the DefoReal Godzilla 1967 And Minilla Renewal Color Version Set. This set features an updated color scheme of the figure set released in May 2022, it stands 14cm tall, is 16cm in length, and 9cm wide, and it retails for 16,500 yen. It can be pre-ordered now from X-Plus and the Godzilla Store with release scheduled for February 2027. Note Minilla does appear to be removeable. This is now on the X-Plus NA website for $149.99 with release scheduled for April 2027.

Bandai has announced  the S.H. MonsterArts Kaiser Ghidorah figure. This figure stands 25cm tall, is 55cm in length, and 32cm wide, and it retails for 39,600 yen. It can be pre-ordered October 15th with release scheduled for April 2027. Note Godzilla and accessory stands not included.

Megahouse is releasing the Petitrama DX Godzilla 2016 figure, like other figures in this series it has a diorama base. This version has the 4th form, 3rd form, and 2nd form, it stands 20cm tall (to tip of the tail, 14.5cm tall to the head) and is 25cm wide, and it retails for 16,280 yen. It can be pre-ordered now from multiple retailers including Premium Bandai, AmiAmi, Digitamin, Volks, Yellow Submarine (excluding some stores), and the Godzilla Store, with release scheduled for February 2027.
