First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to check out my campaign. For those of you who backed my previous project, great to see you again! Those who are new to my page, welcome!

This time, we are giving kaiju the spotlight. What’s a kaiju, you ask?

Kaiju in Japanese are “strange creatures” or in other words, monsters. They range in all shapes and sizes. Some are well known and others, obscure. Some are terrifying while others seem cute. One thing for sure is that I love them all and they’re here to stay!

Crunchyroll has announced their Crunchyroll Loves Godzilla III event with exclusive Godzilla Day apparel items. The items include four t-shirts, two long sleeve shirts, a hoodie, and sweatpants. The t-shirts and one long sleeve are 100% ring-spun cotton, the other long sleeve and hoodie are 80% cotton, 20% polyester, and the sweatpants are 50% cotton, 50% polyester, all are available in sizes S to 2XL, three t-shirts are $29.95 the other is $34.95, the long sleeves are $39.95 and $59.95, and the the sweatpants and hoodie are $64.95. Bandai and Sunstar are releasing the Godzilla Final Wars Gigan 2004 Paper Knife (Letter Opener). It is made of Zinc alloy with a dull nickel plating, and it is 12cm in length, 4.6cm tall, and .8cm wide, and will retail for 4,950 yen. It can be pre-ordered from Bandai with release scheduled for Feb 2023.

DeAgostini has announced the Biweekly Toho Kaiju Collection Magazine & Figures, this is similar to the build a figure Godzilla they released previously that you would get parts with each issue to build a complete figure. This one though is unique in that these are individual figures that are size to the same scale, 1/700 scale, some figures will be in a single issue while others will be built across multiple issues. The line up will include but is not limited to Mothra, Anguirus, Biollante (plant form), Kaiser Ghidorah, Gorosaurus, Gabara, Megalo, King Shisa, Mecha King Ghidorah, Battra, Super Mechagodzilla, Destoroyah, Manda, Godzilla 2nd form, the first group is Godzilla 1984 (8cm), Mechagodzilla 1974 (5cm), Ghidorah (3 issues, 10cm), Gigan (Showa, 6.5cm), Shin Godzilla (5 issues, 18.5cm), GFW Rodan (3 issues, 10cm), Godzilla 1954 (5cm), Hedorah (6cm), Mothra (3 issues, size TBA), over the first 8 issues. Price start at 990 yen introductory, than 2,699 yen after, the first two issues are available for pre-order now on the DeAgostini and it states there will be 100 issues total. The magazines include movie documentation, photo gallery, behind the scenes, Toho Tokusatsu history, prototype images, and Toho goods.

Update: These figures are now available nationwide (Japan), an updated release schedule (image at bottom) has been announced, as well as a display case featuring a Mount Fuji background for the figures (70cm x 30cm x 31.8cm, image at bottom). New release dates start Aug 12th with the next two weeks later. Line up list (first 20 issues) very bottom pic.

Super7 is releasing Toho Retro Halloween Masks including Godzilla, Hedorah and Mechagodzilla. They can be purchased as a set or individually, they are $60 for the set or $20 each. Check out the details below and order here.

The Godzilla Store has announced the Chibi Godzilla Pop Up Shop Autumn Total Attack Event to celebrate Chibi Godzilla's 5th Anniversary. There is numerous items including a puppet, pouch, glass, mug, acrylic items, pen keychains, and more, they range from approx. 600 yen to 4,000 yen, all order over 2,000 yen get a Visual Postcard. All are available currently for pre-order on the Godzilla Store site.

Hardcore Chocolate is releasing three new kaiju shirts, Jet Jaguar, Mechagodzilla 2 (1975), and Space Monster Girara (Guilala). Each is available in sizes S to XXL, each retails for 4,400 yen with international shipping available. They can be order from Hardcore Chocolate here now.

The Godzilla Store announced a number of new items, these include the Limited Movie Monster Series Hedorah Gold Color Version, the Gigan Narikiri Apron & Mittens, Godzilla Knyak, Godzilla 2016 2nd Form Knyak, and Godzilla Tail Pillow. The figure is 14cm tall and 16cm in length, and retails 2,920 yen, the Gigan set includes an apron and two mits, and it retails for 6,600 yen, the Knyak (slippers) are one size, and retail for 2,750 yen each, and the Tail Pillow is 88cm in length, and retails for 9,350 yen. There are a number of other items as well.

Luck*Chuck is releasing personalized Godzilla towels and blankets in a variety of styles. The towels are 130cm by 70cm, and the towels are 90cm by 70cm, each can be personalize with name (Katakana only), date of birth (day, month, year), era (Showa, Heisei, etc.), and the retail for 9,900 yen (10,890 yen tax included). These can only be ordered in Japan (they may possibly be ordered through a proxy but due to personalization this may not work), they will be sent one month to 40 days after order.
