The International Tokyo Toy Show is being held in Japan and S.H. MonsterArts made a big reveal with there Shin Godzilla figure among other items. The figure which looks amazing will be released in Nov 2016 (Dec 2016 in the US) and will retail for approx $130. Also on display was the recently revealed Kou Kyou Kyoku Godzilla '89 and a "Human Size" Godzilla '91 that is six feet tall and almost nine feet in length. It was also revealed that a S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla Spirit book will be released the end of June for approx $35 US.

Kadokawa and X-Plus maybe releasing a Mook and kit set, yes maybe. It seems from what was solicited that there is catch, sort of, that they need at least 2,500 ordered to actual release it. There aren't a lot of details yet on these the kit comes in two versions a clear red and a phosphorescent green (glow in the dark), it is 26cm tall and 50cm long. The Mook (magazine and book combo) will feature content about the film, special effects, and staff commentary. This set will be offered two ways a single figure (one of the two versions) and the mook for approx $50 US or both figures and the mook for approx $100 US. Kadokawa is releasing the Godzilla Vs Evangelion Rubber Charm Set, the set features five character combos with two versions of each for a total of ten charms, Godzilla & EVA-01 test type, Minira & Shinji, Mothra & Rei, King Ghidora & Asuka, Mecha Godzilla & Kaworu, EVA-01 test type & Godzilla, Shinji & Minira, Rei & Mothra, Asuka & King Ghidora, and Kaworu & Mecha Godzilla . They may be able to be purchased separately and can be purchased as a box set of the ten styles for approx $60 US.They are approx 2.5 inches in size, come with a nylon strap, and will be released in Sept 2016 from AmiAmi and other retailers.

Ensky is releasing a Godzilla Head Magnet Two-Pack featuring Godzilla '54 and Shin Godzilla. They are 63mm and 65mm respectivaly and retail for approx $15 US. They are scheduled for release in July from AmiAmi and other retailers.

The Godzilla Paper Craft Books from Ensky are paper craft books that when put together create cool 3-D art. There are 3 styles being released Godzilla Paper Theater Shin Godzilla/Godzilla Resurgence (below), Godzilla Paper Theater Godzilla Vs Evangelion (bottom), and Godzilla Paper Theater First Generation Godzilla (above). They will retail for approx $11 US and will be released in July 2016 form Hobby Link Japan and other retailers.

Bandai is releasing a couple of plush items, the ​Shin Godzilla (Godzilla 2016) Stuffed Toy and Shin Godzilla (Godzilla 2016) Tissue Box Cover. There is not to much info other than pre-orders open June 7, 2016 with release being July 20, 2016. The Stuffed Toy is 3,672 yen (approx $33 US) and the Tissue Box Holder is 2,592 yen (approx $23 US). Both on available on the Presepe Japanese website.

Yesterday we showed a number of new merchandise items to promote Shin Godzilla/Godzilla Resurgence now more has been announce this time with a military flair. These new items include folding totes, tool box, patch, pouch, duffel bag, key chains, and t-shirts. Some feature the G-Force name and logo on them while some have Japan Vs Godzilla on them. The key chains are particularly interesting that they are shaped like military vehicles (6 styles). Pre-orders start now with release coming in August. Prices range from approx $13 US for the key chains and patch to $82 US for the duffel bag. They are available through Hobby Japan and other retailers.
