Ninki Brewery is releasing the Popular Daiginjo Vs. Mechagodzilla Sake, it comes in a custom bottle featuring the Fake Godzilla skin effect to celebrate the films 50th Anniversary (and Godzilla's 70th). It is limited to 1000 bottles, is 720ml, has 17% alcohol content, and retails for 7,150 yen. It can be ordered now from Ninki Brewery (Japan only)with release in order sequence afterwards.

Ensky Shop is releasing the Godzilla Paper Theater Posters in two styles, Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah, Giant Monsters All-Out Attack, and Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah 1991. These are layered, precisely laser-cut paper, that creates a three dimensional movie poster that you put together yourself. The GMK is is wood style with holographic print, it is 25.7cm tall, 18.2cm wide, and 5.1cm deep, and retails for 7,700 yen, the Godzilla Vs. Ghidorah is paper and is 16cm tall, 10cm wide, and 4.2cm deep, and retails for 2,970 yen.  Both can be pre-ordered now worldwide (via Buyee) with release scheduled for Nov 2024.

DeAgostini is releasing their Godzilla New Year 2025 Party Platter Set again this year. This years set includes an assortment of food, original jubako box with lid, 2 poster calendars, Godzilla Osechi limited trading cards (6 pieces), celebratory chopsticks (for serving), and a Cast resin figure in the deluxe version of the set, the deluxe retails for 34,800 yen, the regular for 25,800 yen. Both are limited and can be pre-ordered now with delivery dates of either Dec 30, 2024, or Jan 2, 2025 in Japan only.

Sumi Printing is releasing three Godzilla -1.0 Embroidery Stickers, face, profile, and silhouette. The face and profile are approx. 6.5cm in size, and the silhouette is 7cm wide and 5.3cm tall, all are Rayon, Polyester on the front, EVA resin, Acrylic resin back, with adhesive backing to place on multiple items, and each retails for 2,750 yen. They will be available starting August 30th on the Sumi Printing website (Japan shipping only but a proxy service can most likely be used).

Pintrill is releasing the Godzilla Japanese Movie Poster Acrylic Magnets, there's 9 styles featuring both Showa and Heisei films. Each magnet is 2.5 inches in size, with a brief description of the film on the back of the package, and retails for $10. They can be pre-ordered now from multiple retailers like comic book shops, with release scheduled for the end on August.

The Japanese Godzilla Store has announced a number of new and unique items including shirts, shoes, and figures.

The figures include the Movie Monster Series Zilla 2004 and the Hibiya Godzilla Square Godzilla Statue, the Monster King Godzilla Minus One Minus Color, the Godzilla Store Exclusive Marusan x Koganemushi Super-Dreadnought Destoroyah, and the Wooden Godzilla 1954. Zilla is 26cm in length, and retails for 3,080 yen, the Hibiya figure is 17cm tall, and retails for 2,750 yen, and Minus One is 24.5cm tall, and retails for 8,250 yen. The Super-Dreadnought Destoroyah is based on the Godziban version, is 30cm tall, and retails for 49,500 yen, the Wooden Godzilla is hand carved, and meant to look like wood carvings of a bear holding a fish (Godzilla is holding a train), comes with a wood tag (name plate, 6cm tall), it is 26cm tall, 17cm in length, and 13cm wide, and it retails for 162,800 yen.

The shirts are the same style featuring Godzilla's face in a metallic print, they come in three colors of print white, red, and turquoise, are sizes S to XXL, 100% cotton, and retail for 13,200 yen each.

The shoes are the Godzilla shoes, worn at the Oscars, with the Godzilla claw heel, in a Godzilla Store exclusive color, in both men's and women's styles, in various sizes, the men's retails for 96,800 yen, the women's is 82,500 yen.

Also announced was two unpainted and unassembled resin kits by Kokuryu Kobo, Godzilla 1989, and Biollante, Godzilla is 27cm tall (including base), 54cm in length, and 25cm wide, it retails for 51,700 yen, Biollante is 43cm tall (including base), 93cm in length, and 65cm wide, it retails for 407,000 yen.

All except the Biollante kit are releasing this month (Biollante in Oct 2024), all can be pre-ordered now from the Godzilla Store Japan, most with the Buyee option. 

Banpresto has officially announced the Ichiban Kuji Godzilla 70th Anniversary Prize Items. The items include A Prize Godzilla (1954) SOFVICS Appearing At The National Diet Building Ver., B Prize Gojira (2023) Figure (Odo Island Ver., approx. 9cm tall), C Prize Historical Poster Collection, D Prize ACLLECT - Godzilla Vol.1 -, E Prize Monster Head Magnet, Last One Prize Godzilla (2023) SOFVICS Negative Color Ver. (Minus Color), and Double Chance Campaign Godzilla (1954) SOFVICS Appearing At The National Diet Building Ver.. The 1954 and 2023 Minus Color are 23cm tall, the lottery is 900 yen and will be available at bookstores, hobby shops, some game centers, Ichiban Kuji official shops, etc., and the items will release in Nov 2024. Like some previous prize items some of these will probably be available through other retailers.

X-Plus has announced they will be at Wonder Festival July 28th, and as usual they will have exclusives with a few surprises. There are two figure exclusives, the Toho 30cm Series Yuji Sakai Modeling Collection Godzilla (1992) Attack On Tanzawa Soft Vinyl Assembly Kit (based on the previously released figure), it is solid and clear vinyl, retails for 12,000 yen, and the Toho Maniacs Mysterian (Regular Combatant) that will retail for 7,000 yen, both will be limited to 100 at the show, and 100 on the Ric site afterwards. The merchandise includes the Boys Backpack (Ric Boy), that was teased as an April Fools joke but due to popularity X-Plus decided to make it, it is 45cm tall, 32cm wide, and 20cm deep, with a PC pocket the is 32cm tall by 28cm wide, it retails for 7,000 yen and is limited to 50 pieces (no after show sale). The other items are the Shonen Rick Novelty Gacha (Gashapon) which includes six items plus a secret one, they are ​Large Monster Series Acrylic Logo Block, DefoReal Acrylic Logo Block Real, Master Collection Acrylic Logo Block, Shonen Rick Rubber Coin Case, Shonen Rick Rubber Strap & Sticker Set, and Shonen Rick Pass Case, they will be available in a Gashapon machine at the event for 500 yen each (no images of these items were available).
