Youtooz is releasing a new set of Godzilla vinyl figures, these include Godzilla Train Biter, Mechagodzilla (Showa), Mothra, and King Ghidorah. They stand 3.9, 4.1, 3.6, and 3.9 inches each respectively, each comes in an a package featuring an interior that sees the Godzilla’s stark black silhouette against a vibrant red background. While each panel of the protective sleeve is adorned with images of Mothra, Mecha Godzilla and King Ghidora reminiscent of classic movie posters. This collectible ships in a matte, embossed, protective outer sleeve and a custom sized plastic protector for maximum protection during shipping, they retail for $29.99 each. They can be ordered from Youtooz Nov 1st at 3PM, with release scheduled for Jan-Mar 2023.

Bid Toys is releasing the Shining Shidorah figure, a mash up between Ghidorah and Yoshi (from the Mario series). The figure is vinyl and soft rubber, with 6 points of articulation, stands 17.5 cm tall, and retails for approx $62 US (based on current exchange rates). It can be pre-ordered now from Bid Toys (it seems to appear it can be ordered from the US), with release scheduled for Q1 2023. Bid Toys previously released Mecha Koobala in the same style (Mechagodzilla mash up).

Marusan is releasing two new retailer exclusive Hedorah figures, the Hedorah 450 Haroween Marble Finish Version, and the Tsutaya Limited Color 4th Marusan Hedorah 350 Tokai Region Limited Color. The 450 features a Halloween color scheme, stands 30cm tall, and retails for 29,700 yen, it is available from Tokyu Hands Shibuya. The 350 will be sold at Kusamura Books Godzilla Store Pop Up, it is 23cm tall, and retails for 16,500 yen.

Tamashii/Bandai is releasing the S.H. MonsterArts Shin Godzilla 2016 4th Form Night Combat Version, the same Shin Godzilla previously released but with an updated paint scheme with clear body parts. This figure stands 18cm tall, and will retail for 16,500 yen, it is an international release and will be available from multiple retailers. Pre-orders will start Nov 1 with release scheduled for March 2023.

Medicom has announced the Godzilla Vinyl Wars EX GMK Godzilla 2001 lottery figure, this is an Anraku Ansaku figure. This figure features a traditional paint scheme, stands 26cm tall, will retail for 16,500 yen, and will be released Jan 2023. Like with previous lottery figures the lottery will run from Oct 24th to Nov 10th on the Medicom website.

Resin Chef Team Ukeke is releasing the King Ghidorah 1972 Resin Kit, sculpted by Bill Gudmundson. This unassembled, unpainted resin kit is 1/144 scale, standing 30cm once assembled, it includes fur for the heads, and base (that matches one for Gigan), and will retail for 40,000 yen. It will be available for pre-order soon (Japan only but may be ordered with proxy).

DeAgostini has announced the Biweekly Toho Kaiju Collection Magazine & Figures, this is similar to the build a figure Godzilla they released previously that you would get parts with each issue to build a complete figure. This one though is unique in that these are individual figures that are size to the same scale, 1/700 scale, some figures will be in a single issue while others will be built across multiple issues. The line up will include but is not limited to Mothra, Anguirus, Biollante (plant form), Kaiser Ghidorah, Gorosaurus, Gabara, Megalo, King Shisa, Mecha King Ghidorah, Battra, Super Mechagodzilla, Destoroyah, Manda, Godzilla 2nd form, the first group is Godzilla 1984 (8cm), Mechagodzilla 1974 (5cm), Ghidorah (3 issues, 10cm), Gigan (Showa, 6.5cm), Shin Godzilla (5 issues, 18.5cm), GFW Rodan (3 issues, 10cm), Godzilla 1954 (5cm), Hedorah (6cm), Mothra (3 issues, size TBA), over the first 8 issues. Price start at 990 yen introductory, than 2,699 yen after, the first two issues are available for pre-order now on the DeAgostini and it states there will be 100 issues total. The magazines include movie documentation, photo gallery, behind the scenes, Toho Tokusatsu history, prototype images, and Toho goods.

Marusan is holding another Pop-Up Shop in Asakusa New Stage, the figures are Heisei Godzilla 350 Lucky Bag Halloween Image Color Versions, and the Marugacha Godzilla and Toho figures. The Heisei Godzilla are a lucky bag, stand 23cm tall, are different colors (two, possible more), and they retail for 13,200 yen, the Marugacha are 6cm, a variety of colors and retail for 1,000 yen each. The lottery can be entered on the Marusan Instagram page or by emailing Marusan with the subject "POP-UP Asakusa 10/15" and your name, address, phone number by Oct 11th.
