SH Monsterarts Mecha King Ghidorah  will be a limited web shop item. The mechanized version of Monster Zero looks pretty fantastic and comes with a load of features and accessories, which work well with their previously released Godzilla SH Monsterarts figure. The 250mm tall (almost 10″) figure will sell for 19,440 Yen (about $187 USD). It also includes three Dorats, from the 1991 movie Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah. The Dorats were mutated by a nuclear blast that caused them to fuse together and become King Ghidorah.
Update: Bandai has put up an official page for the next massive MonsterArts release. Also they updated the price being $199 US (about $10 higher than previously posted) and the release is set for March 2015.

In celebration of the new Godzilla motion picture, we begin to explore the classic decade-spanning franchise, with our second version of the beloved monster based on the movie Godzilla 1985 (originally titled The Return of Godzilla).
The figure stands over 6″ tall, with a head-to-tail measurement of over 12″ long. It features incredible detail, including a bendable tail and nearly 30 points of articulation!

Listed in the August Previews are three more Godzilla Sofubi figures Godzilla "61, Godzilla from Godzilla Raids Again, and Hedorah. They are set for release in January and will range in price from $65 to $110.

Both will be release in October and priced about $300 US the '89 is Ric Boy emissions version with light up fins, '62 is the Real Master series.

This cool model by Kotobukiya includes Super XII and Maser cannon Super XII has opening main weapon and multiple missiles, it will be available in December for about $82 US from Hobby Link Japan, assemble required.

X-Plus will be releasing a 30cm Godzilla sculpted by Yuji Sakai, this may be a special edition or limited figure because it will run close to $300 US regular X-Plus figure run upwards of $200 normally. More info as we get it.

King Ghidorah is getting a lot of love these days with a S.H. MonsterArts figure (mecha version), Bandai US Vinyl, and the Godzilla sequel announcement now X-Plus will be releasing a 25cm version later this year, just in time for his 50th anniversary. The Bandai display at SDCC includes a King Ghidorah vinyl figure, we showed the Godzilla 2014 that also was displayed there previously. The display has other figures but not being at SDCC we are unsure if these are new, rereleases, etc. More info as we get it.
