The Godzilla Store has announced the Yuji Sakai Best Works Selection Godzilla 2004 Poster Version "Farewell, Godzilla." Sunrise Version RMC statue. This statue features a different color scheme from the original from 2020, stands 23cm tall (25cm with pedestal base with a plate), and is 26cm wide, it features a light up feature for the fins and base, and it will retail for 44,000 yen. It can be pre-ordered now with release scheduled for Jan/Feb 2023.

CCP has revealed their next Artistic Monsters Collection Hedorah colorway, the Psychedelic Color Versions. These multicolored version will come in the usual three types, Smokestack, Adult, and Landing, they should also be the same price and release quantities as previous releases. Update: As usual there are three versions Landing, Adult, and Smoke Stack (same sculpt as previous colored versions), they are 21cm, 26cm, and 19.5cm tall each respectively, they are limited to 100 each, and they retail for 12,100, 14,300, and 14,300 yen (tax included, early bird pricing) respectively. They can be pre-ordered now on the CCP website, and will be released Jan 2023.

CCP has reveal a new line of midsize figures these appear to be smaller than their normal figures. The figures include various Godzillas, Hedorahs, and Gigan, these figures should be up for pre-order in the near future. More info as we get it.

Update: CCP has now fully revealed these figures, they are Hedoroh Stardard Version, Hedorah Psychedelic Color Version, Godzilla Millennium Version, Godzilla Burning Metallic Version, and Gigan Final Wars Version. All stand approx. 12cm tall, all are 3,500 yen, and all can be pre-ordered now from CCP, with release scheduled for Nov 2022.

X-Plus is releasing the DefoReal Godzilla Final Wars Godzilla 2004 figure. This figure stands 14cm tall, the Ric version comes with Minya on a base that stands 5cm tall, the Ric retails for 9,900 yen, the standard 8,800 yen. It can be pre-ordered now from X-Plus (Ric), and from other retailers (standard), with release scheduled for Jan 2023. Note it is not on the US Ric site yet but maybe later.

Yamakichi has announced the Matango Phase 4 Color Figure, the fourth color version of this figure. This one is light gray colored vinyl with purple, pink, and yellow spray, this figure stands 26.6cm tall, and retails for 15,400 yen. It is up for pre-order now (but shows sold out), no release date was announced.

​Aoshima is releasing the ​Godzilla x Mechagodzilla AC-3 Shirasagi Set model kit (White Heron in the US version). This set includes three planes, a stand that can hold all three planes, tow cables, charging antenna, and more, each ship is approx. 11cm long, and it will retail for 4,620 yen. It can be pre-ordered now from retailers like Hobby Search, and Hobby Link Japan.

Medicom has announced the Godzilla Vinyl Wars EX Godzilla 1962 Guignol (puppet) Version lottery figure, this is a newly sculpted Anraku Ansaku version. This figure stands 26cm tall, will retail for 16,500 yen, and will be released Oct 2022. Like with previous lottery figures the lottery will run from July 24th to Augl 10th on the Medicom website.

Art Spirits show off updated Godzilla/Toho figures at Wonder Festival from their Gekizo Series. Ghidorah and Mecha King Ghidorah are most likely the Gekizo EX line like the recent announced Biollante, it is possible they are part of the regular Gekizo series along with four Godzillas also revealed. Godzilla 1954, 1989 (or another Heisei era version, 2002, and The Ride. The tag suggest Part 1 which may mean they are releasing groups of Godzilla/Toho figures, the Ghidorahs are approx. 5 inches, the Godzillas about 4 inches. More info as we get it.

X-Plus was at Wonder Festival Summer and once again made some major reveals, the biggest, pun intended, was the Gigantic series Kong, he is posed in a roaring stance, no other info was given. Other Godzilla related reveals were the Favorite Sculptors Line Mechagodzilla 1974 based on a MM28 kit, and Godzilla 1992, both were prototypes and there wasn't any other info given yet. On the DefoReal side fully painted Monster X and Godzilla 2004 GFW were shown, Monster X includes a Xilien, Godzilla includes Minya, release dates of Dec 2022 and Jan 2023 respectively. Gamera also had DefoReals on display, both Legion and Iris, with Legion including an alternate head, release date Nov 2022. The Controller for the Toho Maniacs line was on display again as well, release date of Nov 2022.

Multiple Ultra kaiju were displayed including Golza, King Mai Mai, Granadas, Neronga from Shin Ultraman, and Pagos from the Ultra 5000 line. Also shown were Ray Harryhausen and Wonder Of The Wild figures, including The Kraken bust, Mighty Joe Young, and Homunculus from the Harryhausen line, and T-rex, and two Spinosaurus. Also there was a number of model kits from Jurassic Park, Vampirella, Metropolis, and more. Last there was more Space Cyclops reveals with a robot creature and space woman.
