Tanaka Studio has announced two releases for Winter Wonder Festival, a Shin Godzilla Fourth Form Bust and a Shin Godzilla Fourth Form Roaring Version statue. Both items are kits the bust stands 17.5cm tall and will retail for 10,000 yen, it will be a very limited release only at Wonder Festival. The statue stands 30cm tall and is similar to the non roaring version they released previously, it will retail for 39,000 yen (before tax). There will be a web reservation in March for the statue.

Hazawa Gumi is releasing the G Memories Selection Decisive Battle Godzilla Black Version figure. It will initially be available for sale at Winter Wonder Festival 2019 on Feb 10th and a web sale on Feb 18th. This figure stands 17cm tall and retail for 5,400 yen, from Hazawa Gumi.

X-Plus has announced that they will be releasing their Godzilla/Toho vinyl figures to US customers via their US site. This is a win for US fans because up to now fans would have to go the route of a buying service, or some other means, to get these figures. That round about method would cause them additional cost. While fans would still be paying international shipping it makes it much easier to get these figures now. There are still questions particularly if this affects their agreement with Diamond or not, Diamond cancelled most unreleased figures they had planned. Check out the X-Plus press release below.

We knew the demands of the international customer, and we were working relentlessly to make it possible.

X-Plus is releasing the DefoReal Godzilla 1971 Fuji Susono Fierce Fight Version figure, a figure based on the final battle with Hedorah.  This figure stands 13cm tall, the Ric version has Hedorah's eggs in his hands and a damaged eye, the standard version does not have the eggs or damaged eye. The figure will retail for 6,912 yen and can be pre-ordered now (from X-Plus for Ric), and from other retailers for the standard, with release scheduled for June 2019. 

Bandai is releasing the Canterbury Godzilla Top League Rugby Replica Jersey, this jersey is the same as one wore by the players to celebrate Godzilla's 65th Anniversary. The jersey is made of 100% polyester, and comes in sizes S, M, L, XL, and 3L. The jersey will retail for 10,584 yen, it can be pre-ordered from the Bandai Premium shop with release scheduled for March 2019.

Nauts has announced the Godzilla 1954 Storyboard Version Sofubi Winter Wonder Festival 2019 exclusive figures. The figure is based on the version on the storyboards for the film, it stands 25cm tall, comes in two color red blank (no paint details) and first color (dark greenish brown with paint details). The red will be 10,000 yen, the first color will be 12,500 yen. They will be available at Winter Wonder Festival Feb 10th.

X-Plus has three different Yuji Sakai Shin Godzillas coming to Winter Wonder Festival, two kits, one clear and one red, based on the previously released figure, and one base on the Hibiya Godzilla Square statue. All are 30cm series figures, the clear and the red are the same size as the previously released figure, both are 10,000 yen, the red will be available for pre-order at the X-Plus booth, the clear at the Yuji Sakai booth both are limited quantities. The Hibiya Godzilla Square one includes a base stands 30cm tall (35cm with the base), and retails for 32,400 yen, it will be at the Godzilla Store booth. Also at the X-Plus booth will be a Gigantic Series Glow In The Dark Ultraman figure (same mold as the 2016 figure), it will be 14,000 yen. Winter Wonder Festival 2019 takes place at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Center, Sunday Feb 10, 2019.

The Godzilla Store will be at Winter Wonder Festival with a number of items including Godzilla Picture Book mini figures, Godzilla Store Limited Movie Monster Series Godzilla 2016 Climax Version figure, Godzilla: King Of The Monsters clear file, rally sheets (posters?)and cards, and a limited edition "Skajan Burning" silk jacket. The mini figures are 6cm tall and retail for 1,000 yen, the movie monster figure will be 2,700 yen, the clear file will be given with a purchase of 4,000 yen, the rally sheets and cards will be given out when filling out keywords (?), and the jacket will retail for 48,600 yen. All items for sale should be available at the Godzilla Store after Wonder Festival.

DeAgostini has announce a unique opportunity for Godzilla fans a "Make A Weekly Godzilla" kit, as the name implies each week there will be a magazine that will include select parts of the kit. The kit will be completed after 80 issues, and it is pretty elaborate, it has a remote controller, a framework/skeleton, and can move it's mouth, neck, arms, legs, and tail. It also features light up fins and mouth, and has sound and even music.

The prototype was sculpted by Yuji Sakai, and the completed kit will stand 60cm tall (two feet, 1/87 scale), and it is  90cm in length. The first magazine has seven chapters Godzilla Chronicle, Godzilla major research, Godzilla great dissection of Nobuyuki Nishikawa, Godzilla and its time, Godzilla Trivia, Godzilla Gallery, and the Assembly guide, others should be similar, it also comes with a special edition DVD.

​Price for the first issue is 490 yen, with each issue afterwards retailing for 1,990 yen It will be available from bookstores it Japan starting now, and you can subscribe to the magazine as well from DeAgostini. Issue 15 of the magazine will also have a background that can be used with the kit, also there will be a binder to put all the magazines in as well.

Marusan has announced their May releases which includes Godzilla 1967 Green Glitter, Mechagodzilla Dark Glitter, Hedorah Gold Glitter and Silver Glitter blank figures, King Joe Clear Yellow, Booska Snow White and two mini figures, and Mecha Giant Gorilla (Kong) Glow In The Dark. Godzilla is 24cm tall and retails for 10,800 yen, Mechagodzilla is 25cm tall and is also 10,800 yen. Both Hedorahs are 30cm tall and are 16,200 yen each. King Joe is 28cm tall and retails for 21,600 yen, Booska is 30cm tall, the mini figures are 6cm tall and they will retail for 16,200, and Giant Gorilla is 27cm tall and retails for 17,280 yen. All can be pre-ordered now with release in May 2019. Note some are available in Japan only, some internationally.
