X-Plus (and Star Ace) made a big splash at NYCC with a number of reveals and an awesome display. Some big reveals (pun intended) were Gigantic Mechagodzilla 1974, DefoReal Rodan (painted), a Skull Crawler to go with Kong Version 2, and the Yuji Sakai Godzilla Final War RMC Poster Version resin statue. Gigantic Mechagodzilla has not been seen in over a year, it was an unpainted prototype but appears to be at least closer to release. The DefoReal Rodans (two, possibly Ric and standard) were not only revealed for the first time but was painted as well (pic from Eric Stolp). We are also getting a Skull Crawler to go with Kong it wraps around he like in the film. Then there was the beautiful Yuji Sakai Godzilla Final Wars statue, which is based on a kit, is incredibly detailed including a base. And we have a paint Allosaurus from One Million Years B.C. and looks like it comes with a caveman with spear (pic from Eric Stolp). Also on display was a number of other figures previously shown. Pics here are via our friends at Power-punch.net.

Diamond Select Toy and NECA had a few reveals at NYCC 2019, Diamond had the Godzilla Legends In 3D Bust, and NECA reveal other one of their new packaging for their Godzilla figures. The Godzilla bust will retail for $150, and be release Winter 2020. The new package from NECA is for the Godzilla 2001 figure (GMK), an odd thing with this was that the wrong tag was in front of it, it is possible they plan on putting the Godzilla 1964 figure on display and put the tag up by mistake (that figure has already been shown). Concept
Godzilla, the monumental monument of Japan ’s monster movie, has been fascinated by movie fans all over the world since the first movie was released in 1954. In commemoration of the 65th anniversary of the monster king "Godzilla", a collaboration model with Grand Seiko appeared.
Between Seiko and Godzilla, there is a history that Godzilla who landed in Ginza destroyed the clock tower in the Wako Main Building. 65 years later in 2019, the Monster King will reappear in Ginza.
It is tailored to a special model suitable for an anniversary that dwells all the strength and dignity of Godzilla, the king of all monsters .
Design
A crimson dial reminiscent of the king of monster kings, radiant heat rays
The crimson dial, which has a strong impact, has a powerful radiation pattern with the motif of “radiant heat rays” that can be said to be synonymous with the king of monsters. Three-dimensional and large hands and indexes that are not inferior to a vivid and impressive dial ensure high visibility even during the day by Lumibright applied to each during daytime. In pursuit of high practicality in accordance with the brand philosophy, this model can be said to be a sporty design that can only be achieved by Grand Seiko.
A strong silhouette case that resonates with Godzilla's strength
The massive case, which embodies overwhelming strength and dignity, provides excellent wearability by widening the bottom of the case and the ground contact surface of the arm and lowering the center of gravity of the case. The flat feet without distortion and the hairline finish with salat polish emphasize the strong silhouette.
A special strap that expresses the dynamic skin of Godzilla
Shark straps adopted to express the texture of Godzilla's skin have a red coating on them, giving them an eerie and lively feeling of Godzilla's skin glowing red and black.
Back cover of special specifications suitable for collaboration model
As a special specification only for the collaboration model, the back lid shows Godzilla destroying the city of Ginza and the clock tower of the Wako main building, reminiscent of the first work of 1954. The design of this back lid is a completely original made by homage to the emblem of the lion, which is the icon of Grand Seiko, by Shingo Higuchi, who was the director and special skill director of “Shin Godzilla”. Godzilla. The serial number from 001/650 to 650/650 is printed along with the “1954 Godzilla 2019” logo.
* In actual products, the direction of the back cover may differ due to manufacturing reasons .
Movement
Automatic spring drive Caliber 9R15
The movement that is installed is the original mechanism "Spring Drive" that celebrated its 20th anniversary. In this work, "caliber 9R15" with special accuracy boasting an average monthly difference of ± 10 seconds is adopted.
The Caliber 9R15 is a movement that is specially adjusted to a higher precision than the most standard 9R spring drive movement, the Caliber 9R65.
The “caliber 9R65” has an average monthly difference of ± 15 seconds (equivalent to a daily difference of ± 1 second), whereas the “caliber 9R15” pursues accuracy up to an average monthly difference of ± 10 seconds (equivalent to a daily difference of ± 0.5 seconds). The
The difference between the two movements lies in the “crystal unit” that sends an accurate electrical signal.
All 9R spring drives use “crystal units” with stable accuracy, but only “crystal units” that exhibit particularly excellent performance are selected and installed in the “caliber 9R15”. The
As a proof of special adjustment accuracy, the "rotor weight" made of 18K yellow gold is decorated on the rotating weight, and can be seen from the back cover of the see-through specification.

The 59th All Japan Model Hobby Show is taking place in Tokyo and there was a few of kits revealed. The first one does not appear to be new, Polar Lights King Ghidorah. While the kit itself isn't new the package features slightly different art. No release date was given but a price of 5,800 yen was on the tag. Also on display was Figure-Rise Standard Ultraman Suit Tiga, the anime/manga version. The odd thing on this one is the tag lists a Feb 2019 release, which has passed, we assume they meant Feb 2020, there is also a price of 4,500 yen listed. Other Figure-Rise Standard kit was shown Ultraman Suit B Type Limiter Version which looks very similar to the previously released B Type but with different coloring. This one like the other had a Mar 2019 release date which again seems to be a mistake, retail listed for this one is 5,000 yen. Pics courtesy of Dengeki Hobby.
