Bandai has announced the release of Movie Monster series figures of Gyaos 1995 and Legion. Gyaos stands 15cm tall and will retail for 2,200 yen, Legion stands 18.5cm tall and retails for 3,000 yen. Both are available for pre-ordered on Amazon Japan with release scheduled for March 2021.

Medicom has announced another lottery figure this time it is the Anraku Ansaku First Gamera. This figure is a deformed style standing 26cm tall, and retails for 12,000 yen. The lottery runs from Dec 24th to Jan 10th and as with most other Medicom lotteries you can enter on their website here.
Art Spirits has announced their Super Gekizo Series Evil God Irys Figure. This figure designed by Yuki Watanabe, and Kazuyoshi Sato, features a fire base (similar to the way their Gigan figure feature a base), it stands 26cm tall (non-scale), and will retail for 25,000 yen. Pre-orders should be starting soon with release scheduled for August 2021.
X-Plus has announced the Daiei Special Effects Series Jiger Ric exclusive, one of the last Showa Gamera monsters to see a modern X-Plus release. This figure stands 15cm tall and is 42cm in length, and retails for 19,800 yen. It can be pre-ordered from X-Plus with release scheduled for April 2021
Billiken is releasing a limited edition Gamera 1965 Glow In The Dark Kit (Real Model Kit Series) for Super Festival 84. This kit first released in 1994 for Gamera's 30th Anniversary will be limited to 50, is 37cm in length, and will retail for 12,000 yen. It will be available at Super Festival 84 at Science and Technology Museum, Kitamaru, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo on Nov 15th.
X-Plus has official announced the DefoReal Gamera 1996 figure, which was teased during the Summer Kaiju Festival. This figure stands 12cm tall, the Ric comes with a Legion flower featuring a soldier Legion standing 8cm tall, and it will retail for 8,250 yen (standard for 7,700 yen). It can be pre-ordered now from X-Plus with release scheduled for March 2021.
Graveyard Gallery is releasing two sets of limited edition U.S. Toys Building Box series Gamera universe figures, Gamera and Barugon, and Gyaos and Guiron. The figures are approx 8.5cm each in size, all are painted with green and gold highlights over a black body giving them a very cool look, and each set retails for 7,920 yen. They can be ordered now from Graveyard Gallery and do appear to be able to be shipped worldwide.
Marusan has continued their regular release of lottery figures and is showing the Gamera universe some love with the Zigra 350 Nitto Blue Glitter Edition. This figure is 21cm tall, features a blue glitter body with silver highlights, is limited to 30, and will retail for 10,400 yen. To enter you have to email Marusan and put P-27 Zigra in the subject line and your name, address, phone number, desired number of purchases, there is a limited time to enter.
X-Plus has started their Summer Kaiju Festival and we have gotten two Gamera related announcement, the first Gamera DefoReal and LMS Jiger. Gamera 1996 is shown as an unpainted prototype, no other details were given. Jiger is a silhouette of the figure with no other info given yet. We will update once info is available. Also on the X-Plus site was a survey for fans to fill out to help them to decide future releases.
X-Plus has posted full release info on two of their recently revealed figures, Favorite Sculptors Line 30cm Series Gamera 1965 and Large Monster Series Irys. Gamera is a Ric only figure based on a Asai Zoukei kit, it stands 24cm tall and is 31cm in length, feature a light up function for the eyes, it will retail for 22,000 yen. Irys will come in standard and Ric versions, with the Ric featuring a light up for head, chest, and legs, it stands 25cm tall and is 26cm wide, the Ric retails for 29,700 yen and the standard will retail for 28,600 yen. Both figures can be pre-ordered now with Gamera releasing in August 2020, Irys Sept 2020.
