Synopsis for this issue
While Rodan attacks Russia, Godzilla defeats Anguirus in Los Angeles and walks away. In the White House, President Ogden allows a missile with a poisonous gas to be shot at the weakened Anguirus to kill him. In Pasadena, California, the family of a little girl named Allie get in their van and try evacuating. At the Louvre, Minette and Mallorie steal real monarch treasures and go to show Battra, who's in a cocoon around the Eiffel Tower. In Los Angeles, two survivors find Girly Yaya's corpse as jets arrive and fire missiles of the poisonous gas at Anguirus. The survivors get killed by the gas, but Anguirus stands on his two hind legs and the heavy gas doesn't reach him anymore. In Frankfurt, Germany, the German military tries firing a lightweight poisonous gas up in the air for Rodan to breathe and get killed from. However, Rodan simply flaps his wings and deflects the gas down into the ground, asphyxiating the soldiers. Just outside Pasadena, California, Allie and her family are in a traffic jam when people start stealing their food and water. Allie's father gets into a fight with the thieves as Godzilla arrives and kills almost everyone on the road. The next morning, Steven Woods walks down the same road and finds Allie and takes her with him.

Synopsis for "The Wronged Man"
Makoto Sato is in Tokyo with the Elias at hand, summoning Mothra to help bring the kingpin gangster Ryota Takahashi to justice, clear his name and protect his sons.

Twelve hours earlier, Sato returned to Japan and tries to hide from the police, but quickly gives up on it and heads to the police station. Everyone immediately holds up guns to him and he gets arrested. Soon after he gets put behind bars, the Police Chief Nakamura comes to talk with Sato. Nakamura believes Sato killed his partner and says there are witnesses, but Sato knows that those "witnesses" are nothing more than stooges, and that Nakamura is a stooge as well. Sato drew the conclusion that Chief Nakamura was under Takahashi's payroll since the Chief was the only one that knew where he was heading the night where he disappeared.

Yesterday, Sato and Nakamura were arguing, Nakamura claiming that Sato was "harassing" Takahashi, whom was under the guise of being a legitimate businessman. Sato believes that the new night club that Takahashi is opening is going to be another front for his crime organizations, and that he'll soon have the evidence he needs to arrest Takahashi. Nakamura dictates to Takahashi that he and his partner are going to be on desk duty until he says otherwise, which Sato refuses and leaves. Once Sato is gone, Nakamura calls Takahashi and tells him where Sato is going.

Present time, Nakamura tells Sato that no one will believe him, and that any judge he gets sent to in court will also be on Takahashi's payroll. Sato tells Nakamura that he gave him a chance, which Nakamura scoffs at. Just then, the jail cell with Sato is destroyed, and Mothra is seen flying off. Sato is on the street again, Mothra flying above him, and he retrieves a gun he had stashed prior to entering the police station. After that, he rented a room in a discrete hotel.

Sato tries to convince the Elias to keep helping him, as otherwise Takahashi will continue to be a free man killing many innocent people and the police will remain corrupt. The Elias tell him that they cannot keep helping him as they've done enough already and that his problems aren't the biggest and most important in the world. Sato intimidates them with a gun aimed at them and gets them to explain his plan to Mothra in the present time.

It's the grand opening of Takahashi's night club, and Takahashi is pulled to the side. A henchman tells Takahashi that Nakamura has to tell him something, to which Takahashi says he can wait. Takahashi goes on to talk with someone who owes him money at the night club, a man named Yamane. Takahashi, being told Yamane doesn't have all of the money he owes him, tells him that he will have his left ear and a thumb cut off and that he has 24 hours to come up with the rest of the money. Just then, Kou and Oshii, two of Takahashi's henchmen who were sent to kill Sato, come back from Monster Island alive. They tell Takahashi what happened there. Right then, Mothra flies over to the night club and destroys it with a gust of air. Sato then calls Takahashi, and tells him that he will bring his empire down.

Synopsis for this issue
Sergeant Steven Woods is awarded the medal of honor three weeks ago and goes to his mother's home after. He goes out for a walk and soon runs into a news report about Japan being attacked by Godzilla. Present time, Minette and Mallorie use Battra to fend off the French military. In California, Woods is watching a morning show when a woman comes in and briefly talks with Woods about politics. Woods says he thinks political parties are too divisive—they all are Americans, after all—and that he chose a side when he put on his uniform. The woman says "Um, riiiight" and leaves. When the show starts airing an interview with the cast of "Jerseyfied" about their new film, Woods changes the channel to a news report saying that Godzilla is approaching the west coast of the United States, Anguirus is keeping a low profile near San Antonio, and Battra is in Paris.

Meanwhile, in Paris, Battra wraps himself around the Eiffel Tower as Minette and Mallorie crown themselves queens of France in Louvre. In the United States, Los Angeles is being evacuated as Godzilla and Anguirus travel toward each other. Soon, the monsters start fighting. Woods is in the vicinity, trying to save his mother, but a large piece of building debris falls on them, killing her. Woods crawls out of the rubble and sees the cast of Jerseyfied trapped in a limo hanging from a building. They ask for his help, but Woods walks away and they get incinerated by Godzilla's atomic breath.

"France is in danger when the mysterious egg that washes ashore begins to hatch, but should the military be worried about what's inside the egg or those creepy kids who found it? Also, a community of monks has a religious experience of the 3-headed variety. And all the while, Godzilla seems hell-bent on coming to America...but hasn't Anguirus already claimed it as his turf? Fight! Fight!"
