X-Plus has announced the Daiei Gyaos 1967 Version Ric Boy Limited figure, this figure was originally shown some time ago and is finally getting it's release. The figure (shown unpainted) will feature a light up feature for the eyes, is 30cm tall (approx 12 inches), and will retail for 21,600 yen (approx $208 US). Pre-orders start now with release in Jan 2017 from X-Plus. We will update the images with the painted version once available. Also of note X-Plus states that this figure will be available abroad (US?) more info on that as we get it.

Kaiyodo/Revoltech is re-releasing the Gamera 2 Special Effects Legion figure as part of their Legacy Of Revoltech line. The figure is fully articulated featuring 49 points of articulation. This very detailed figure is 12.5cm tall and 20cm long (approx 5in x 8in), it includes a Flying Gamera and 7 Soldier Legion, will retail for approx $69, and will be released Dec 2016. There was hints that the Gamera figures would be re-released a while back.

To go along with the release of Legion X-Plus is releasing an updated version of Gamera 1996 with a new head sculpt. It better lines up with his face off with Legion. It stands 23cm tall, will retail for 12,960 yen (approx $128 US), and will be released in Sept 2016.

Kaiyodo showed off a few Gamera kits at Wonder Festival, these are I believe reissues. They were a Showa Gamera, "95, '96, and '99, all look awesome and show be released in Oct 2016. No word on price yet. Also shown was Ultra monster Neronga kit which will be released in Sept. Thanks to Yukiko Iwase from Facebook for the pics.

X-Plus is releasing the Daiei Special Effects Legion Ric Boy figure, this huge and awesome figure is 38cm tall and a whopping 57cm in length (over 22 inches!). It features opening head weapon and talons and has a light up feature (the Ric Boy site list a battery pack). Price will be approx $436 US (non Ric Boy version, without light up feature, approx $383) with release in Sept 2016. Updated with hi-res images via Hobby Search.

X-Plus/DeAgostini is releasing Daiei Special Effects Edition Gamera vs. Barugon (1966) Set, Gamera is 230mm (approx 9") tall (365mm in four legged mode) and Baragon is 530mm (approx 20") long, it retails for approx $185 US. It is available for order till Feb 8 2016 and will release in May 2016. It can be ordered from DeAgostini here.
X-Plus is offering a limited resale of the Gamera Vs. Barugon Set that was a DeAgostini exclusive. The set is the same and will retail at approx $210 US. Below are new pics from the X-Plus site.

X-Plus announced there Real Master Collection Gamera '95 Ric Boy, the figure is molded from the same base as the vinyl version. The figure is 27.5cm tall and will be approx $230 US. It is scheduled for release in Dec 2015. It appears to be a "Web Special" offer to 100 customers (we will try to verify this).

X-Plus Real Master Collection Gamera '99 features a light-up arm and battle damage. It is 32cm tall 38cm in length. It will be approx $250 and with be released in April.
