Kaiyodo is releasing the Mega Sofvi Gamera 1996 Soft Vinyl Figure, this is the same sculpt as the previous released kit now in a finished figure. This figure stands 32cm tall (original kit was 19cm), it is a Yuji Sakai sculpt, and it retails for 71,500 yen (approx. $460 US). It can be pre-ordered from Kaiyodo stating Jan 24th with release Dec 2025, it maybe available through other retailers as well.

X-Plus has announced the 1/700 Scale Gamera 1996 Plastic Model Kit, which has been teased for some time. This unassembled, and unpainted kit stands 10cm once assembled, and it retails for 5,940 yen. It can be pre-ordered from X-Plus (it may be available from other retailers) with release scheduled for June 2025.
